Easy to work with to set up the appointment before hand so they had things ready when I showed up. The complementary shuttle was a great perk. The work was done in a day so I didn’t need to leave the car overnight nor get a loaner. Wonderful service.

Our 2019 Outback had a parasitic draw problem causing me to replace 3 batteries in 3 yrs and 10 mo. After thorough testing, the replacement part was ordered and installed. I was very pleased with how well the service staff kept me informed and how the entire transaction was handled.

Very pleased with my service call today. They reviewed my needs to be safe and my tires were worn to a dangerous level. They were happy to make adjustments to their schedule today and replace my tires. This required more time waiting since they were adding me to the schedule. Instead of sitting in a chair for 5 hours waiting they provided a car to allow me the ability to proceed with my daily activities. I was thrilled with their hospitality and very pleased with the results.

I reached out to Bachman after seeing a listing on Autotrader. Terrance B. reached out to me and was beyond helpful. He was patient, answered all my questions and took the time to send additional photos of the car.I live out of town and it was more cost effective to fly there and make the 4 hour drive back with my newly purchased car. Terrance offered to pick me up from the airport and ensured I had a smooth experience. He truly advocated for me and listened to a concern I had after the test drive. My one complaint is that Bachman was not flexible with financing. I have stellar credit was forced to take a high interest rate from one of their partners. They told me they don't accept financing presented by the customer so I was forced to take the high rate. My credit union's loan officer said dealers are more than capable of accepting outside financing but often will mislead because of incentive for using their partners. The rate they gave me was insulting and I plan to refinance immediately. Overall, smooth process and big fan of Terrance. Be prepared to fight for financing.

My salesperson was wonderful and kept me informed regarding arrival of new Crosstrek. Purchasing process took over 3 hours with 100% cash purchase. Not a fan of high pressured pitch to purchase extended warranty. I understand all dealerships do this, but there needs to be a different way to approach this process. My rating dropped stars because of the grueling time spent having warranty options explained.

I just had my first service, a tire rotation, at Bachmann Subaru. From the call to schedule to getting in my car to drive away; the experience was great. Everyone was friendly and efficient. They finished exactly when they said they would. So far, I've been pleased with the rotation, so its looking like I'll have all future services at Bachmann!

We were greeted immediately when first arriving at Bachman Subaru by a very pleasant young man, Alex Kerr. He showed us the Outback that we were considering, went with us for a ride in it, showed us all the bells and whistles and answered a bunch of questions. We were quite impressed with all his knowledge and information and were surprised to learn that he was fairly new to Bachman’s. The next day we returned with the possibility that we might buy the car. Alex helped us once again and a negotiation was made. Alex was very friendly, professional and trustworthy.Then we met with Brian in finance. He too was very helpful and well informed. We felt we were in good hands with Alex and Brian at Bachman’s.Since we are very familiar with the Subaru name and product we are happy to find that Bachman Subaru is living up to the Subaru name! Thank you!!

Just bought a used car from Subaru, the sales team there was really great. They took care of everything and made the process very easy to trade in my old vehicle for the newer used one. Very happy and love my new/used carUpdating this several years later,...I just bought a new Subaru Crosstrek here and love the vehicle. The sales staff was willing to do anything they could to make the experience truly personal once again. Alex was great at showing me around and introducing me to the sales staff, service staff, and parts department staff. This is where I will have my new vehicle serviced and taken care of.

This is a review for a one time experience. I arrived at Bachman for an express service of oil change and rotation and had to wait over four hours for my express service. When I complained after waiting three hours, I was told that only one tech showed up for work that day. When I checked in at 7:30, I was told there would be a longer wait due to a few cars in front but never expected it to be four hours. They did ask if I would like to have their shuttle take me somewhere but i refused because I had no one available to take me back. My main complaint is that I would have liked to have known they only had one person working at express service. I would have gone home and came on a different day.

Bachman Subaru treated us kindly and with patience throughout the whole process. I am a first time car buyer so this was an experience that can be full of anxiety but all I felt was the joy and excitement of buying my first car. Every step of the way was communicated, every question was answered honestly, and I walked way totally happy. I have driven a different brand of cars all my life and now I know for sure I probably will never leave Subaru. Erik Encarnacion was my sales representative and definitely helps through that whole process. Finance so easy and explain so well that I knew what I was getting into and it was the right deal for me.
