Check in is quick, easy. The staff is professional, courteous, accommodating and made my stay very comfortable. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast has a variety of items. It is quiet and I will be a repeat guest.

Wonderful rooms and awesome Beautiful location. Good ? Price and enjoyable, good breakfast bar setup. A LOT of food to choose from. It was a very clean room and I felt welcomed by checking in and leaving. Beautiful memories ?. Was visiting family ?. I loved this Place.Nearby activities: CLOSE to family and location Great. Shopping and close to finding areas of interest to do. Eating places, all different stores to choose from. Just map it to find what's around.,??

This hotel is dirty! The hotel has aweful smells. The smell of cigarettes and weed will almost take your breath away in the room and out of the room. The room doors will not stay closed. They run out of clean towels and they do not clean anything. Our bedding had cigarette burns on it. The desk had coffee grinds all over it from a previous stay. The bathroom door was dirty and looked as if it had never been wiped before. May have been nice back in the day, now it’s run down.

Sooo the hotel itself needs some updating bad! The smell of Fabalosa is so strong. Seriously, the furniture in the rooms needs to be thrash and carpet pulled up. You can't half update a room. We were in a mobility room, which should of been a step/roll in shower, not a tub!The good thing why I gave a 3 the mattress was outstanding, slept well, clean towels linen, and good water pressure on that hot water!Breakfast was just OK. I couldn't get past the Fabaulosa smell to eat.Guess it coulda been worse.UPDATE UPDATE your rooms and hotel decor. Cut the tags off plants in the lobby. 1/2 way there, oh, please change that lime green paint. When that happens I'll b back.

I’ve stayed here for months. Rooms could use a little TLC, but the service by the staff more than makes up for it!! I would drive a few extra miles just to stay here. Staff goes out of there way to make you feel welcomed and go above an beyond for there guests!! Thanks Baymont!!

Nice, clean, and quiet. That's the way I like my hotels. The price wasn't over the top.

This hotel is dingy. I had not one, but two centipedes fall from the top of the room door when I opened it the first time. There are stains on literally every surface and it smells very musty. We left for the day and when we got back at 11pm our keys didn't work (along with many other guests). There was no one at the front desk. They had a sign there "back in 15 mins". A solid hour passed before a hotel employee returned and we finally got a new key. Wouldn't repeat this stay.

This hotel looks absolutely nothing like the photos they advertise. It is run down, and the rooms smelled heavily of smoke and marijuana. There were holes in the walls, the carpet was wet, and the heavy cleaners they used were overpowering. The only redeeming quality was that the bed was comfortable. Would not stay here again.

I'm a platinum member and they wouldn't rent me a room because my name is not on my company card I use for rooms and gas for work. First time I have been told no at a whyndham hotel and I stay 4 or 5 nights out of the week in a room for work. Not sure how the rooms or anything are.

Ok, had to book a room for the night due to work. The booking process went smooth(priceline) but when I got there and picked up room key staff was kurt. Hall ways and carpet leading to room in need of repair. Room was smelly but for one night should be doable. Plumbing was leaking and bathroom somewhat cleanish. Lots of hairs from previous peoples or something and doors were filthy. Upon leaving early the next morning was seeing roaches. I have stayed in lots of baymonts before but I will NEVER be back to this one. I will be contacting Baymont corporate to relay my experience. Sadly Baymonts are usually a good choice for me when traveling and just looking for a simple clean ace to lay my head for the night, so disappointed in this one.Walkability: There is a nice restaurant easily within walking distance.

The staff were pretty nice but the floors in our room had burn holes as well as the sheets on the beds. The room smelled so strongly of cigarettes and marijuana. We had even asked for a smaller room and they said they had some but couldn’t downgrade ours. That’s fine. Overall, the bathroom was clean but this was not a place I would walk around without shoes on. Not even in my room. We booked this hotel hoping they had a pool but upon arrival “the pool is closed until further notice.” I could have booked a better hotel for the same price but this one seemed to have everything we needed. As we were packing to leave, we saw a cockroach climbing the wall. I’m very disappointed and honestly wish I could get some money back for false advertisement.

I arrived at the hotel with my husband and a friend of ours late in the evening. We checked in, dropped off our luggage and drove down the road to grab dinner at a local restaurant. We were gone no more than an hour and a half and returned to our room to start getting ready for bed when our friend discovered a bed bug in his bed crawling up towards him. We quickly snapped a few photos of the bug and promptly picked it up with tissue paper and tossed it into the toilet and immediately went to the front desk to let the front desk clerk know what we found. He asked to see our photo, which we showed him and we told him we couldn't stay knowing there were bugs in the room. We also told him he could go down to the room himself and check the toilet as the bed bug was still there. He left and came back about five minutes later and said 'no bugs' and again, we said yes, there were bugs and we didn't want to stay. He then proceeded to try and give us a key to a new room right next door to our previous room (110) and we said no, we would like to check out and get a refund. He then left and went to a room in back and same out again and said his hands were tied and he couldn't do anything for us. We asked to speak to the manager on duty who was listed on the sign, (her name was Theresa Hagan), but of course she was out with an 'emergency' and couldn't assist us either. At that point we contacted Wyndham Customer Service and were advised to reach out to our credit card company for further assistance. Also of note, after finding the bed bug, we completely stripped down both beds in the room and discovered that both mattresses were sealed inside of mattress protectors with bed bug blockers. Both protectors were also soiled with yellowed stains across the covers in various areas. These protectors were under the fitted sheet and mattress pads. If there's not an issue with bugs, why the covers? We stayed at four other hotels during our trip and not a single other hotel had these protectors on their mattresses. As a former front desk agent for both Wyndham and Choice brands, I found the handling of this issue appalling. Knowing the kind of damage bed bugs can inflict when brought into a home should be a high cause of concern and a refund of this stay should have been issued with no questions asked. Especially since we had proof in photos and physical evidence we left behind in the room for the owners to see.So please, if you're staying at this hotel, check your room thoroughly for bed bugs. UNZIP the mattress cover and check all creases of the mattress, pillows and bedding. Also check the chairs. This occurred in room 110.

The best part of this place was a nice lady named Sinobia. She was so kind and helpful. She went out of her way to brighten our day. The other staff members we encountered were also pleasant. There were no bed bugs. I was worried ! The whole place needs a complete overhaul.. It's had a rough, rough life. Still trying to figure out the paint color in the rooms, not that it matters in the scheme of things. Don't plan on swimming. Stay somewhere else if possible.Rooms: Worn and dingy.

Never book here unless you want a long drawn out process of this hotel continuously charging you days after you check out. We stayed for TWO nights, and were charged 200$. They were training people when we arrived and we were “accidentally charged” 40$ extra. When we confronted the front desk with the issue and our bank statements, they assured us the refund would appear in our account in 48 hours. 48 hours later, we check our account to find that we have been charged ANOTHER 200$. No refund. After calling the hotel they demanded to see bank statements again. When we emailed them to the manager, the front desk said they would transfer us to them. Next thing we know we are hung up on before even getting to talk to the manager. Calling again, but most likely going to have to go to the hotel in person to get a refund. Even then, I do not feel comfortable that they have our card information as they clearly have no problem making charge after charge with no clear answer as to why or refund in sight. I will be contacting better business bureau. Baymont: Do better.Stay away from this hotel.

Looking at the hotel from outside it looks really nice. Booked online and the rooms looked nice in pictures. When we checked in we were given a room on the second floor with no elevator. On the second floor it smelled like Marijuana. And even though it is a non smoking hotel the room smelled like someone chain smoked inside. The beds were clean and decently comfortable but the overall experience is poor. I expected better from wyndham.
