Horrible Drive Thru experience Today.I understand that things happen HOWEVER, if I've been waiting for over ten minutes AND no one was in front of me or behind me the least you could have done was apologize for my extremely LONG wait. That's just good customer service. Ridiculous.

Truist kicked me out for no reason they ended the relationship, wouldn't even explain. If you have more than 1,000 I wouldn't bank here they might think it "fraud"

The lines are insane ,lobby still not open half the time plus people are all new and dont know what they are doing..closing my account..it turned from a good bank before covid to alful

I opened a checking account at BB&T because they offered $200 to open one. The same day I requested my social security deposit be transferred to BB&T as soon as possible. The next month the SSA initiated a 0 amount deposit to verify a valid account. It wasn't until the next month that the deposit was made. BB&T now refuses to deposit my $200 due to the delayed deposit from the SSA. I don't think this is fair.Be very careful of deposit dates with this bank and double-check when your deposits will be transferred.No one in the world can hurry the Social Security Administration.

my family has banked here for my entire life . I eventually made an account here.After losing my job to covid , all my bills hit at once andThey charged me 400 dollars in overdraft fees over a multi week periodLiterally I hate this company from the bottom of my heart

Excellent customer service. Even though I didn't have an account there, they kindly exchanged the petty cash bills I had for smaller increments. The bank next door wouldn't allow me to do it even though the business I work for has an account with them, I just didn't have the account number on me.
