At one time BB&T (now Truist) was amazing, however, the last 6 years it has been a nightmare! The turnover at this location is higher than a fast-food restaurant, especially this location! I could type 3 pages worth of the terrible experiences I have had with this company and that includes when they were still BB&T. I have never once been late on any mortgage or HELOC payment. I noticed they turned off my autopay and I didn’t discover this until 3 months to late. The manager at the time was helping me but went on vacation and never got back to me. I’m going to finish this review in a couple days. It is infuriating, what they have caused me recently.

If you have to work with a man by the name of Daniel Guzman avoid it at all cost. He is not helpful at all and is very condescending.

Waited 20min in line in the drive through , when I get to the window I waited 4mins for the blonde head woman came to the window with her back to me while having a conversation with someone inside making me wait longer I left and when to a different branch a had great service peoples time is important !!!!

Truist is the worst bank to bank with, I opened my account two weeks ago and I already had so many issues with them. Don’t make my mistake, I deposited a check yesterday and it told me it will be available today and all of sudden is put on hold for 8 days.

This is the slowest bank ever. Twenty minutes in drive thru with no other cars in drive thru. The whole time watching the two employees laugh and giggle and talk to themselves.

This branch has went downhill over the last 6 months. I get it vcovid has happened and ppl being short staffed. This location doesn't have the lobby open so only option is drive thru. Ok. No problem. But when there is 4 cars and I literally sat in line for OVER 20 minutes bc the teller and customer are having life conversation about kids, vacations etc. sure be personable with the customers but not to where everyone is being held up. 2 lanes were open and only ONE teller. There needs to be 2. Or if the other was in there they sure were not helping. I ended up leaving and went to another branch where they too were busy but I was in line and done within 5 minutes. I used to use this branch all of the time but not anymore. After the one lady left that's when I noticed it went way downhill.

The manager closes the drive thru early on days that the ATM doesn't work and a Rude staff on the phone, I will bank somewhere else.

Don’t ever rely on the ATM here. Either you can’t withdraw cash, or can’t deposit cash. It’s always a hit or miss.
