I just want to point out there are very racist at this bank in general. They didn’t want to give me my money even though it cleared days before. They needed to know where it came from and how I got it! I had to stand and wait 30 min to be given a cashiers check for $17k and 2700 cash. The woman teller rolled her eyes at me said someone else would help me called over the manager where both of them started going through my account and trying to discredit my account balance and got to the root of where the check came from ??♀️ why is that relevant? I opened the acct, the check was cleared and from a Truist customer that has a business acct. I am taking my banking needs to Chase. More professional, friendly and they don’t make you prove where you got your money from.. after it’s been accepted and use to open an acct and cleared the bank. Andelisa and Aldin, I think they are relatives bc he didn’t make her step away since he was helping me he allowed her to stay watching my acct from over his shoulder and rolling her eyes at me piss bc I question how come this was even necessary. She was angry that I spoke up have an acct and that my balance was more then SHE WAS COMFORTABLE with me having. It’s worth noting Aldin felt the same way. He never descalated the situation he never tried to explain or comfort me after he saw this interaction. He just stood quietly searching through my acct to prove why I had so much money? Bc this bothered him and her more then anything

I had the worse experience today with teller Aldinise, she was very rude to me and aggressive in her demeanor. She was angry bc of the amount of money in my acct. her and the bank manager Aladin worked tirelessly vay discrediting the other branch where i opened my acct asking me where my money came from even though my funds are available and kept me at the branch for 30 min. When I ask Aldin why all of this was being done when my funds are available at this time Aldine rolled her eyes at me and had her mouth twisted up as if I didn’t have the right to make this inquiry. She was so nasty that I ask her why would she roll her eyes at me having a discussion with the manager. Aldin didn’t have a clear answer as to why he wasn’t satisfied with my acct and had to take 30 minutes, my entire lunch to give me my cashier’s check and cash when I have ID and my funds are available. The Aldin allowed the teller to stay even with the tense atmosphere he felt and experience and she continue to watch the screen with my bank information on it. All of my personals per observation for someone that has openly offended me and couldn’t help me! Aldin could’ve ask her to step aside he could’ve escorted me to sit down but no we all stood for 30 mins in this fashion. Two bank employees and myself. Very intimidating when the mgr doesn’t take the position to lessen the interaction with said employee and reassure me as to why it took all of this to get me my money. I have her recorded. Hopefully she will treat you better bc of this review. I am moving my money to Chase! While Tonya in escalations was very helpful looking at these low numbers in reviews in Google and accepting the interaction I had today lets me know that to keep the peace it’s best I bank with someone that will be timely in assigning me an investment banker to advice me on my investments which I requested numerous Times and being dually informed also. When I ask for corporate information and explain I would be uncomfortable at this branch and she was the only teller at the front and how the mgr did nothing but lengthen my time at the bank also. She was present as I said this and as I left she yelled and have a good day! Not an apology or anything. Her attitude is condescending. It’s not banker customer friendly oriented. I replied with silence, I was maintaining my peace but she figure to take one less Jab. Which should have been noted by the bank manager Aldin.

Truism needs to shut the doors on all its locations...this is by fat the worst bank there is .. DONTVPUT YOUR MONEY IN THIS BANK

I asked the branch if I was still eligible for the sign-up bonus even after Truist locked out my account because they flagged me for fraud. The application didn’t ask for an ID to begin with but asked for money to open the account. The proceeded to deduct $12 every month from my account while I was locked out.I then complied and someone in the branch said I was still eligible so I switched my direct deposit but I got an email from Truist saying I’m not. I called the branch about this, I was promised I will be given a call back, no call.This has been the most stressful experience I’ve had with a bank. Never banking with Truist ever again. Take your money elsewhere. Very poor customer service both in-branch and in the call center

I have had my business account at BB&T for years now and I would give zero stars for this location if I could. Rude and unprofessional employees. Walked away when I was speaking. The operational manager is completely incompetent and had no idea she could deposit my checks and beyond rude.

Sheila and Tammy were great to deal with when I was opening my business and I can call them anytime I have a question. They will just call me from time to time to check in and see if I need anything.

They haven't had a manager on site at the Beaumont branch for close to 2 years ( the other staff members say their manager goes to 2 locations). If you need to speak with her she's never there, and whoever is in the main office has better things to do that to help frustrated clients or return their phone calls.

Trust the reviews, as a new customer and first time in the bank the teller (Linda) was sooooooooo rude. I have never experienced such a thing. I just switched to this bank companies and I went in for some information and I don't even want to go back

Do not give them your business. This is the least customer-friendly bank around. As an example, I set up my account online, then went to the branch to sign the signature card. The teller had no idea that accounts could be set up online. She insisted that I talk to the manager - who was at lunch. I had to drive across town to a different branch to find a manager. Also, when you mobile deposit, it takes DAYS for the check to clear. Every other bank I've used, the deposit posted the next business day. I currently have two deposits that have been pending for 3 business days. I'll be closing the account after/if they finally deposit.
