Do not shop at this location. It’s like the store is being run by 30yr old children.They have no integrity at all. We had an issue with our online purchase and there was barely any communication about what the problem was about. They just talked to each other and somehow in 30 minutes they couldn’t figure anything out. All they said was “I don’t know” about everything. How does no one know anything? Were they not trained at all? It’s ridiculous. We paid for 20 items and we only got 12. The order clearly said that we had paid for everything. She said they were in the store but for some reason they couldn't give us the other 8 items. Then she said she couldn’t do a refund but all of a sudden when we came back we were able to get a refund. All she had to say was “I don’t know”? If you can’t be a leader you don’t need to be in the leadership position.

This was genuinely the worst best buy I have ever gone to and I'd recommend everyone stay aways i have never once had a good experience here the entire staff need and overhaul at least the crew on Feb,6th,24 who worked at 5 to 8pm. All horrible customer service

Went to BB St. Matthews because it seemed the only place where I could actually see and try on a smart watch. The greeter was very nice and he even knew where the SW's where. All the Samsung ones you were able to try on but the Garmin watches were locked onto display and I couldn't see about the size and fitting my wrist. So weird, of course, there was no one around I could speak with. Finally a lady was digging around in a case by me and I asked if all the SW had safety features - I got a shake of the head - I then asked another question - the Blue Shirt shook her head again. She didn't even bother to stand up, so I was looking at her while she was squatted on the floor. Is this the example of great, knowledgeable staff, I think not. The only thing good about BB is you can return stuff easily, otherwise the employees are worthless, don't know what they are talking about and are unfriendly.

Good deals monthly...and i like the new layout of the store, but some of the younger sales associates can be a bit snobby or arrogant over simple questions. Overall a nice looking stocked store.

How much would it cost to have an employee answer the phone? Here's a genuinely brilliant idea, instead of sending ALL calls for every reason to a call center in India, get someone to answer the phone genius! It's what I would expect from a huge, out of touch company. It makes zero sense to have zero customer service. There was only 1 laptop that I wanted left in the store and I wanted to hold it till I could get there today but do to horrible communication ( I could not understand most of what this nice woman was saying because of her thick, foreign accent) and a desire to send me links that didn't work while telling me "just 2 minutes of your time" after 10 minutes I gave up. HORRIBLE!

I had not been inside of a Best Buy in years. It seemed kind of unorganized but the customer service was great. I didn't have to search for anyone at all. I had two or three people ask me if I needed help. I was helped by Elijah and Preston.

This was a great opportunity for this store to get 5 stars. I went to geek squad and that experience was great 5 star. I didnt like the outcome my 2yr old $2K Asus Rog was toast. So i decided to get a new laptop. After 40 min with Zero store employees around to help me, I left the store to purchase something online somewhere else.

I bought a remote start from this Best Buy early 2017 and it has never worked right. Not only that but they've screwed up my car's electrical system. The first installer literally put the unit in with duct tape, which melted nearly catching fire and it's been downhill from there. I've been in the bay for service on it no less than 20 times, and now they don't even have an auto bay so I have to travel a half hour even to talk about it because you can't get anyone on the phone and the local store won't even give my number to a manager to call me back. It's almost 2024 and the remote start doesn't even perform any of the functions it's supposed to and my battery won't hold a charge. Electronics are expensive - don't trust your money with these jokers. If something goes wrong it's "not my problem." And you'll never get ahold of anyone who will take ownership.

Purchased my TV mount from Best Buy to match my TV size. Was going to install it myself but because of the TV size, I decided to pay Best Buy to install it. MISTAKE!!! The 3rd party installer arrived with his daughter in the vehicle and was in a blazing hurry to get done and get out. Upon mounting the mount to the wall, he then discovered the electrical plug and coaxial plug were covered by the mount. He should have stopped and advise me to purchase another type of mount BUT he went forward. After driving just 2 lag bolts in the mount and shifting it to one side, he said that would be fine. This is a 55” heavy TV. However, he advised me not to extend the TV too far or it may fail because it’s off center. REALLY!! I asked him to stop. IF YOU WANT IT DONE RIGHT….DO IT YOURSELF. I removed all that he had done, moved the electrical and coaxial locations then reinstalled the mount as designed. I have called Best Buy over 6 times and have 2 case numbers and no one will call me back. DO NOT…….DO NOT have their third party contractors come to your home for anything. Find a skilled contractor to complete the job properly and not jeopardize your life every time you move your TV. Absolutely the worst experience ever. Terrible customer service as they blame the other departments in their company. I just want my money back for the install. Best Buy……do the right thing here.

A was great, paid for the item I wanted they told me where to pickup and let me know when it was ready, walked in to store and went to pickup counter and pulled up item showed ID and was back out the door in less than 5 minutes. I definitely will be doing business with them the same way from now on, thanks Best Buy!

They had a refrigerator delivered.. great. I had to return this refrigerator due to a defect… fine, not their fault. They attempted to deliver a replacement… but ordered one with the handle on the wrong side. (Ok, mistakes happen)… we sent it back. They ordered another one… not only did they order the wrong one again, the sent the same EXACT one. The same handwriting on the box leftover from the last delivery. Incompetence is the only word I can muster.

The associate was really great. I've purchased the Geek Squad plan for the past few years since I am computer dumb. Normally, when I go in to have someone help me with an issue on my phone, most of the time, they just fix it themselves rather than show me. My Geek Squad plan is up for renewal on the 13th. Guess who has canceled it! That's $200 in my pocket!

Layout and visual appearance changes often. Currently everything is on open display with nice and wide aisles. Store is visibly clean and staff are respectful.

Bad process, bad people. Let it be known I was able to write this review while waiting in frustration. Ordered TV online for pickup. They have inventory in stock but tell me since I ordered it 58 min before close instead of more than 1 hr (online says pickup in 1 hr) the order won't be "ready" until tomorrow. So if I want my TV today, they would need to cancel my order and then place a new order here at the store. I work in operations for a living, so efficiency is my middle name. Why the heck can they not go grab it from the back and push the order through?? It makes no sense! Greeter at the front was extremely rude about this so I went and talked to another gentlemen who was nicer and said they would go grab it. Welp... that was 20 min ago and they're about to close in 5 minutes so let's hope I get my TV today.
