“All positive experiences here from buying a bike to maintaining others. Live nowhere near this shop but this has been by far the best shop in Louisville I’ve found while living here. Ownership is personable, fair, experienced, and PRESENT unlike other stores I’ve been in. I had one small snag with a repair that was immediately addressed and likely my own fault. Derek immediately found a solution and spent what was likely his own lunch break swapping a wheel for me. He kindly took the initiative to give me a few tips to avoid the issue in the future.
