My family member purchased a c-pap from them for cash and months later when they went to see my sleep doctor there was no SD card in their machine recording their sleep patterns. They called and ask for a SD card so this wouldn't have again and they stated they had no account for them and they needed to provide a receipt for the purchase to get a SD card. The place is a joke it was much better when Bluegrass owned themselves. Posting for my family member they are unable to post.Update! Another woman called my family member back and informed her they are not sure why the first person couldn't find their account. But they got it fixed for my family member.

Sent me all my supplies except for the tubing. Called, told them I got everything but the tube, was told it was too soon to order new supplies since I just got them which didn't make sense to me cause I just told them I didn't get the tubing, they must not have been listening/paying attention. Was transferred a few times then eventually I was speaking to the warehouse! Said they would ship me a tube within 7-10 business days. Its been 11 business days so far, no tube. Online chat on website also doesn't seem to work. Probably will have to end up getting the tube from a different company :(

I have been trying to get my supplies for about 5 months. I've updated my information three times. I've done everything they've asked me from me sending in my SIM card to getting my doctor to give me a new prescription and no supplies. I called a week ago and I was told they shipped to an address that was 3 years old. The person told me they would check into it for me and call me back and I never heard from them. Today I received a bill for the supplies that I have never received that I've been trying to get for 5 months. Once again when I called they said they would call me back. I don't know what's happened to this place but it has went totally downhill and has me searching for a new supplier.

One star is too generous. No one cares. My experience. Orders are never correct. I'm getting nasty phones call from billing when I'm paid in full. It's ok though.... we are behind in posting is the reason. No human touch. Top down issues.
