My company uses BluegrassNet to host our cloud software. In the last several months, Bluegrass has had numerous outages which seem to come during events which require this software. When this happens, no one answers the phone and it's always anyone's guess as to when service will be restored. It often comes back only to go down again very quickly. On 2-3 occasions, it was down more than 8 hours. They seem to have no back-up in the event of weather or any other situation. BluegrassNet is a terrible choice if you care about continuous business operation. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Horrible. No customer service. I moved into Mellwood arts and purchased a 30 day pass of bluegrass WiFi and emailed them requesting a receipt. No reply. After two weeks, the WiFi stopped working and I called and spoke with a rep who didn't seem to care and wasn't able to resolve the issue- she said the router must have been moved and I was too far away. I then requested to cancel and have the prorate refunded and she said she would enter that request. I also emailed them requesting to cancel service and still haven't received a reply after four days. Would never do business with them again.

Bought monthly subscription for my office at mellwood arts center. Half of the time we can’t connect and the other half is spent waiting for the equivalent of the 90s dial up speeds. Gets so bad I just tether my iPhone hotspot to my computer. I’ve tried having important business video conferencing with no success resulting in losing some deals. Run as fast as you can to another option
