Purchase a used car on 10/11 check engine light came on 10/30. Over $1,000 worth of work necessary for car. Sent email to Bob Hook lll He didn't want to talk to an elderly black woman so He forwarded the email to a manager He didn't even bother to respond. Bottom line they are not going to help with any repairs and don't feel that anything was their fault. Beware of salesman James Harris or Jimmy Harris as they call him He is a liar He told me the car was in great shape. He had me purchase a warranty that does not even cover the problems with the car. Beware of this dealership they will not support you they will not stand by you and they will not support the product that you buy from them. These people take advantage disabled elderly women. Do what you like but if I headed to do over again I would not deal with these people One would think that they have a good name and that they would do what is right what is right to them is making a buck

John the service manager is great. He is concerned about your car & will help with coupons, GM point redemption, getting your car in & out in a timely manner. When my car broke down last year, he actually picked me up after his shift had ended to make sure my car & I were in a safe location-above & beyond the call of duty.I will buy my next car through this dealership due to this superior service.

Always a good experience at Bob Hook. Bill Dabney my salesman has been there for years and I have always bought with him. He’s the best there is. And I like the dealership is ran by family. I believe there is three generations working there. And you see them working and they are approachable. Just awesome.

Michal was great. Everything was exactly as it should be. My car was very clean and Michal went over ever feature and made it seem simple.They reviewed the purchase and saw my down payment was not added and quickly reimbursed my card. Couldn’t be more satisfied. Plus, I LOVE MY TRAX♥️

My appointment for an oil change was for 8 AM. I arrived at the dealership just before 8 AM and pulled my car into line for service. It was about 10 to 15 minutes before someone came to my vehicle to start the process. I was taken into the waiting room at about 8:20 am. I waited with the vehicle and expected to be done by at least 930. I think that an hour and a half is more than enough time to do an oil change. My vehicle was not ready until after 11 o’clock. I was very upset because I think that three hours for an oil change is ridiculous. I also had another appointment that I had scheduled for 11 o’clock that I ended up having to cancel because I had to wait three hours for an oil change. This Cadillac is my second vehicle. I also own a Lexus. I can definitely say that I have never experienced such horrible customer service at Lexus. I am considering taking the Cadillac to another dealership because of the poor service I received for a simple oil change. I even let my sales person know about the poor service I received that day. Her name is Mitchal. She apologized, and I did expect a coupon or something to restore my customer loyalty. I got nothing. This is my first time purchasing a vehicle that is not a Lexus in about 15 years. Bob Hook Chevrolet definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. Will not recommend!

We had an excellent experience with Bob Hook Chevrolet! We worked with a salesman named Max and he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We traveled over three hours to this dealership and they definitely made it worth our time!

Had a great hassle free experience with Rachel Calvert at Bob Hook in Louisville. She worked hard to make sure I had the best interest rate around and had my truck detailed twice before I arrived. Was the most stress free experience buying a vehicle I have ever had. Thanks again Rachel, I love the truck?

Highly recommend working with the team at Bob Hook! Greg was a great salesman. He was not pushy, listened well, and very accommodating. The finance manager was swamped, but he worked hard for us and stayed positive throughout the deal. The owner made a presence while we were in the store and was friendly to all. The detailed cleaning on the used car we purchased was outstanding! We will be back! And maybe just to come grab a bag of that hot, fresh popcorn!!

When I made the decision to look for a new car, I did not hesitate to reach out to Max Minzenberger at Bob Hook Chevrolet. Max took his time and really looked at different options for me. There was never any pressure and he found a winner with a new Trailblazer. I absolutely love my new ride and appreciate Max for his great attitude! Highly recommend!

After the sale experienced buyer's remorse. Used Car manager and sales person lacked vision on driving additional business to Bob Hook. Bought used car "As Is" - I knew better.... check engine light came on within 24 hours. When I asked the used car manager and sales person for support...they told me it would cost extra to put on computer to get to the root cause. $100 to hook up and $140/ hour in labor. Not angry...just moving on.

Bad experience, do not recommend.Terrible service and no accountability.All you want from your mechanic is TRUST.-Manager Brian Cook-Salesperson Keith-Assist. Manager ScottI went in for a Service Stabilitrak light that had my steering wheel crooked and pulling to different sides.They saw it and said I needed a front tire rod end, timing chain kit and oil change.Then next day, they said a diagnose, camshaft actuator and alignment.I said fine, whatever it takes to fix the car.Then, they told me my car was ready, I went there and the car had the same problem I brought it in for.So, basically they milk me for all these repairs and never even corrected what I brought it in for.They apologized and said it will be seen first thing in the morning the next day.The following day nobody answered my phone calls or texts (Tue May 9). So I had no car, $2,700 less and no response.Next day, I called again and now they say I need a new rim and tire to fix the original problem. I said fine do it.They call me saying the car was ready.So, I go back and tested my car. The tire they put on was smaller than the rest and the check engine light was on. They spent the whole day changing a tire and put the wrong one in and nobody caught it.Nobody even checked the car before they call me to say, it was ready (twice)!!One time is an isolated event. Twice, is straight disrespectful of the client’s time.
