“Just had a new Durango GT done at 360. They did paint correction and 5yr ceramic. Corrected lousy dealer pre delivery clean up. Swirling and light scratches. Car looks excellent now. Holly the office mgr and Bentley asst office mgr kept me in informed and provided much useful info. Techs provided excellent professional work. Picked 360 because it is a body shop and not just a detail shop.They know how paint works.”

“I called Riggs on short notice and they got me an appointment as quickly as they could. They looked over my car and the damage I assumed was frame damage was not what I thought it was. I was referred to another business who was just as courteous and kind. I can not recommend Riggs any higher than 5 stars, but I would if I could.”
“Brought my car in there as I was sick of multiple mechanics telling me that the brakes where fine. I felt like I was driving a bus they were so loud. They inspected the brakes, and agreed, I needed new brakes AND rotors. They replaced the same day I dropped it by, and the vehicle is amazing again. A+++ Service. I highly recommend SMI to others!”

“My jeep was swiped after a snowstorm which was so great to come out from work to see at the end of the day. I had some run around with other body shops which is why it took me until almost autumn to have the work done. But I found it with Jim's and I was so happy I found them!
The work is immaculate, you cannot tell there was ever any damage (not like it was super severe to begin with,but still). They were prompt, professional, and courteous. I hope to never have any more accidents but if I do,I know where to go.”

“I could not recommend Louie enough!!!! See attached photos for before and after. He got us back to brand new!!! His prices are reasonable and fair. Him and his team do fast, high quality work. He is also just a kind, genuine, honest human. We had an issue with the after market headlight he installed draining the battery (a new issue neither him, us, or the dealership had encountered before) and Louie fixed it, no questions asked, very quickly and free of charge. Again, if you are in Louisville, Louie’s is the only place you should be taking your car!!!”

“In January 2025, my vehicle was hit by an impatient driver. I was referred to Don Ott's Auto Body Inc by a co-worker and I am beyond thankful for that. Don was great to work with on getting a quote, and dealing with the other driver's insurance to get things approved for my repairs. His shop did an outstanding job of not only getting my car fixed in just one week - even though the bays were full with other vehicles at drop-off & pick-up, but also with having my vehicle look like nothing ever happened. The cost for repairs was also very reasonable; actually, it was less than I was anticipating for the work. With this review I have shared before and after photos. I highly recommend Don Ott's Auto Body Inc for any repair needs! Should I ever need this type of work done again, Don & his crew will be my guys to go to! “The staff is friendly and my vehicle looks better than what it was but it’s the details. I get that the collision sensor were not accurate at first it happens … specially with new cars. They fixed it, seems fine now and I’m thankful for that. But again is the cosmetic details, the grill is not sitting flush some of the trim is dented or seems not all the way in. I mentioned that to them when the sensors thing came up but it wasn’t addressed when I picked it up. Update - They did reach back out and after taking the car back they placed a new OEM grill and there are no longer any gaps and the vehicle looks great. I was explained that it was due to previous grill being an aftermarket one and that was the reason it was not sitting flush. They did a great job and I realize now it had nothing to do with their work but rather the parts that were out of spec. Thankful they were able to fix it and for their honesty.”
