I was told I needed to bring my new phone to the store for activation. Wanted to charge $48 to activate an eSim in my new phone. Went home and contacted Boost and it was activated in about 15 minutes over the phone for free. I definitely won't be going back.

This man seemed so nice when I was in his store. The problem is he misrepresented himself and sold me a five year old phone- at least 5 years old!! It wouldn't hold a charge and when I called Samsung directly, the lady told me the warranty had run out in july of 2021. I'm furious and will fight this with my bank to get my money back!!

The girl that works there I guess she has dementia because couples days back I went to this store and she spoke Spanish to me perfectly and this this time I went acted as she didn’t know how to say Hola. And while I was asking questions about an issue I had, to her it was more important to answer personal call and text in front of me completely ignoring my questions.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Boost Mobile. I was charged $55 for a service that was supposed to be free. When I contacted customer service to address the issue, instead of resolving it, they unapologetically told me, "They are a business and have to make money."
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Boost Mobile based on this experience. It seems that customer satisfaction is not their priority.
CALL BOOST MOBILE DIRECTLY TO SWITCH OUT A SIM CARD, IT IS FREE!!

This is a very friendly store! Their employees are super nice and are willing to go the extra mile to satisfy all the customers needs. They make getting cell phone service a pleasant experience for everyone!! The service you get is well priced and there are no hidden fees! Hands down this store is the best!! I recommend them to everyone!! Boost Mobile is a great company to use!! I have been a customer for about 4 years and have never had a problem with their service! Just try it and you will see what I mean and this is a super fantastic store with wonderful employees!

Was charged an additional 100 and ended up with a non working service, paid for nothing, went across street to cricket and was actually taken care of.
