One of the worst service in town by these store employees, came here to get my sim card activated which was already paid online. Since the store wouldn't get the money, the store employees (one was Hispanic lady , other was Abdu) denied to provide proper service and kept me waiting for almost 2 hours on phone with the boost customer service representative, when the boost rep wanted to speak with them the store employees didn't wanted to come on call and hung up the call. This is really ridiculous service from the store, please avoid going here you'll end up loosing more time

Came in as an existing boost customer and got a discount on the galaxy a-21 got it set up and everything was great the guy couldn’t have been nicer awesome service!! Well the phone was new but it was bad it started overheating. Took it back with receipt the next day and the lady replaced it reset it and put the screen protector on no questions . Just a great store ran by great people . Thank you

My friends car broke down and he pushed it into Boost Mobile parking lot. After speaking with the proprietor of Boost Mobile he left his car on the lot. To my total amazement after sitting for three, that's right 3 days, his car was still there. Finally I have met a man with integrity. A man of his word. And a man of honor. Has me considering changing my service provider.
