I added 2 lines to my account and immediately I couldn't make or receive any phone call, I've spent half of a day trying to solve this issue 8 calls to customer service and they just didn't know what they did to my account...The final advice from someone in a boost mobile store was...this is a shitty company, try another one...

I ordered a phone through Boos.com and the same day I realized it had the wrong address. So I called the customer service number and was told that the order would be cancelled. I called the next day and was told that the order could not be cancelled. I was told that they would track it and start a claim to refund my money, which was great. Lies!!! I called after 3 weeks and was told that no I was not getting a refund and there is nothing they could do. I'm not sure what type of training is involved but it Burns me that you get 15 different answers. And I'm still without my phone or money!!! Boost Sucks!!!!

This place is a joke. The business hours say they are open between 10am and 8pm Monday thru Saturday, but anytime I've stopped by here during the week between noon and 230 it's always locked and no ones here. It's 230 now and I've been waiting for someone to get here since 115

I went in here to switch my unlocked iPhone from AT&T to Boost. AT&T kept jacking up the rates just for basic services and that was unsatisfactory to me.I saw that Boost had unlimited data and text and talk for $25 a month... I mean why the heck not?! I did my research beforehand and Boost is a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) meaning they ride on major carriers cells towers for coverage. In this case, Boost operates off of AT&T and T-Mobile's network. So pretty good coverage.So I bring my phone in and I was greeted by an African fellow working behind the counter. (Sorry, I can't remember his name). He was very friendly and he asked what I would like to do. I told him that I would like to have my phone number ported from AT&T to Boost.He gave me and my phone top priority and was very friendly throughout the whole process. May only complaint comes from something that was outside of his control when he had to contact Boost support overseas... that slowed everything down to a near halt but he kept at it.Eventually he got my phone number porter and my phone activated with Boost Mobile. All is well.Sidenote: This is a Usual rental place too? That struck me as very odd.

Ups delivered my package here when I wasn't home bc apparently this is an access point for ups. The store hours say they open at 10am. It's now 1025am and the lights are still off and no one is here.. where are your employees?!
