We just left the store, I'm in desperate need of a new phone. I was sent an email with several offers/deals & when I got to the store I was asked for a code (which wasn't provided in the email). Needless to say, about 30 mins later we left without a phone. However, the store rep was very professional, helpful & courteous in explaining the steps he was taking to resolve the matter. He reached out to the Boost rep & another sales associate. He told me he will call as soon as he gets some sort of answer so I can return to get a new phone. I would much rather pay $50 for the phone instead of $100........so the wait begins!!

Decent store that feels almost empty, though they have everything you need for mobile communications. A display case was empty, with broken glass. A bit warm inside, but the attendant was very helpful.
