I own a 2011 Mini Cooper. The maintenance on this BMW product is expensive no ifs ands or buts about it. That being said I have never really done a lot to it. Good car all around. Now my son is 16 and safety became paramount so all the maintenance I didn't do? Doing it now! Went to Stein (mini closed). I asked for the must haves and the nice/need but can waits listed. They did that for me and then worked with me to get done what I could afford. Extremely nice and accommodating - shuttle to and from was so helpful. Bridget was an excellent resource and kept me constantly updated. I will definitely be back for future needs

My regular mechanic recently closed down, so I was on the search for a new one. It's very difficult for me to find an auto shop I can trust, as I'm young and don't have a lot of car knowledge. It's very common for me to get over quoted and taken advantage of. I found this place and decided to give it a try since it had glowing reviews and is right down the street from my job. Unfortunately, I'm still on the search for a new mechanic. The prices they quoted me for basic maintenance were insane. I'm used to paying maybe $40 for an oil change and tire rotation TOGETHER. $80 for just the oil change is outrageous. I asked them to investigate a strange noise and they quoted me over $100 just for diagnostics (which turned out to be just some loose bolts, sounds like a quick fix). Oil change, tire rotation, and tightening some bolts cost me $254. They suggested a lot of other work be done on my car - just a basic tune up from the sound of it, brake fluid and other things - but altogether that would've run nearly $1000 and even I knew that was way overpriced. I went ahead and let them work on my car (just the stuff I initially asked for, none of the suggestions) since it's inconvenient to try to get my car worked on in the middle of my long work hours and I wanted to get it over and done with, but now I'm wishing I had just declined and gone somewhere else. 2 stars because they were nice and polite and had a shuttle service.

This is hands down to best Audi service location in Louisville. Great auto service as well as great customer service. Always willing to provide advice and treats people with respect.

Great experience! Still somewhat new to Louisville and I've had nothing but bad experiences with local Audi dealers service department. Love my Audi and I love Audi Nashville where I bought the car and had it serviced for 3 years. Bluegrass Automotive in Louisville however was a completely different and unwelcome Audi experience. Now I found Stein! They answer the phone on the first ring. They are friendly and efficient! The shop is clean. The waiting are welcoming. He prices reasonable. The quality of work was as expected. And a ride to work within reasonable distance. No more Audi dealer. It is Stein all the way from here. Well done guys! Give them a try I think you will be happy.
