Camp Hendon serves youth across the Kentucky region that are living with Type 1 Diabetes. We support our campers and their families through summer camps, weekend camps, and fun year-round events. While many organizations are dedicated to finding a cure for T1D, Camp Hendon is here to provide life-changing experiences until that cure is found.
Camp Hendon is an absolutely amazing organization. It was such a blessing to find, shortly after our 12 year old was diagnosed with T1D. It’s been a great resource for us, as parents. And, our daughter has found her “tribe”. I cannot say enough good things about Camp Hendon!

My daughter began attending summer camp in 2018 and has enjoyed it thoroughly! It has been such a great opportunity for her and she has made many friends, one of whom has become like one of our own. I cannot recommend Camp Hendon enough!
