“The staff is friendly and my vehicle looks better than what it was but it’s the details. I get that the collision sensor were not accurate at first it happens … specially with new cars. They fixed it, seems fine now and I’m thankful for that. But again is the cosmetic details, the grill is not sitting flush some of the trim is dented or seems not all the way in. I mentioned that to them when the sensors thing came up but it wasn’t addressed when I picked it up. Update - They did reach back out and after taking the car back they placed a new OEM grill and there are no longer any gaps and the vehicle looks great. I was explained that it was due to previous grill being an aftermarket one and that was the reason it was not sitting flush. They did a great job and I realize now it had nothing to do with their work but rather the parts that were out of spec. Thankful they were able to fix it and for their honesty.”

“Sent out my radio to get fixed one of the technicians said the board was out that’s why my head unit was not working as it should. New board was installed and radio works like new now. I also got a 1 year warranty on it so that’s good. I found the ad listing on eBay. Definitely recommend doing business with them. Down below are some pictures of a before and after.”

“I had an amazing experience at Bluegrass Collision Center. I was in a unique situation where my car was rear-ended while parked on Bardstown Road as I was stopping through town driving back to Colorado. Bluegrass was able to get me in the next day (everyone else was quoting me 3-4 weeks before they could even see me) and were extremely communicative the entire time my car was in the shop (a little over a month).
I was really impressed and encouraged by my experience with them for multiple reasons: 1) Their customer service was incredible. I was freaking out on the phone after having this very logistically inconvenient accident and Wade was really helpful and calmed me and my worries when I first called them. Derek (I think that was his name) who worked at the front desk was lovely in every interaction I had with him, in person and on the phone. I had to go home to Denver over the roughly 40-60 days they had my car and they communicated with me the whole time. They never even thought for a second about charging me to store my car on the lot while I tried to figure out how to fly to Louisville quickly once my car was ready. 2) My car looked like nothing had happened to it once I got it back--and to this day it drives like a breeze (this happened 3 days before the end of August 2023, got it back beginning of October 2023).

“We were referred to AAG for a smashed front window. Angie spoke with me twice, very patient, sympathetic, knowledgeable, and comforting. The technician arrived within the scheduled time frame, we were charged exactly what was quoted, and so far, the window appears to be well placed. AAG was half as much, twice as quick, and easier than a competitor that Angie suggested I try also because her parts wouldn't be in for two days. We will definitely use AAG again if we need car glass repairs and I will definitely recommend them. Angie, thank you so much :)”

“Unfortunately had to have my 2024 truck windshield replaced due to a rock chip and was worried about the quality of a replacement not done by the OEM or OEM special glass.
From start to finish, couldn’t be happier with the result from TruFit.
Communication was superb and extremely prompt. Confirmed quickly that I would be getting OEM glass.
Staff were very welcoming and courteous upon arrival.
Tech team was punctual with appointment and service time.
Most importantly, the windshield install quality was great, actually aligned better than the original factory install!
