“We rented from the Enterprise in St. Matthews on Westport road, and I have to say the Assistant Branch Manager, Melissa Cole, provided WAY better service than I've ever experienced from a car rental agency. She contacted us a week prior to our rental date and I requested a specific vehicle for our vacation drive. The day we went to pick up the vehicle, she had located our requested vehicle and was having it transferred to her location for us to rent. I've NEVER been able to request a specific vehicle and have it available at the time of picking up the vehicle! “We rented a raised roof 15 passenger van from Reeves/USave for 4 nights while visiting Louisville with a large group of friends (all adults). The van was in perfect condition, comfortable, and easy to drive. The price was half of what we would have paid with a national car rental company and Reeves/USave said they were the only company in the area that guarantees what you rent is what you get. That was great peace of mind. They'll be the first thing I book next time we visit Louisville with a big group.”

Coming from Miami Florida to Louisville Kentucky, where luxury and exotic car rentals are as common as grains of sand on the beach, I can confidently say that Derby City Dream Cars absolutely blew away every single one of them out of the water. They beat them all in terms of both price and service. I recently rented their incredible Mercedes Party Bus for my friends bachelor party Louisville, Kentucky, and it was an experience that exceeded all expectations.
From the moment I contacted them, Jason was super helpful, their team went above and beyond. Their lot runner who brought the party van to our hotel (I believe his name was Steve) helped us load everyone up and even gave us the best tips for restaurants and night spots to visit. We were 9 above average sized guys looking to travel in style and give our friend Luis last night as a bachelor a touch of class to make him feel like a celebrity and their van delivered. Everywhere we went people would stop and stare, they thought a famous celebrity was pulling up. It was impeccably clean, luxurious, and had all the amenities we could have wished for to kick off a memorable night.
They were super easy to work with and offered an unbeatable value. I've rented numerous high-end vehicles in Miami, from Lamborghinis to Bentley's, and I've never encountered such a perfect blend of premium quality and competitive pricing than these guys. “After having an absolute terrible experience at Hertz, I was searching google to find where I could rent a 12 passenger van with a very short notice. I went to U-Save car & truck rental & the man working was the owner. He saw that I had been having a terrible (even tearful) morning & he went above & beyond helping me out! I pulled in crying and stressing about not having a van for the bachelorette party I was throwing just a few hours later & pulled out in a 15 passenger van at a very reasonable price!I will always be grateful for this company, we had a great time & us all getting to ride together in the van made it so much more fun!Thank you!!!”

“My husband and I travel to Louisville and rented a vehicle for 7 days. Hertz at the Louisville airport customer service was extremely satisfying. They were all courteous and friendly. Only downsize that I have is if the staff at the counter processing the rental could just take step by step and go over charges before the customer leaves with the rental. So there is no unexpected charges on your return. But overall besides that we didn't get the car that we wanted.

“I'd reserved a mid-size vehicle for a week and was given a kick-a$$ Chevy Malibu which had some pick and go; it was clean inside and out; to include the interior; was great on gas mileage; and was fully loaded with navigation, on-star; all apps to easily connect your devices to; as well as on board crash detection designed to assist in preventing an accident. Was roomy and comfortable. Would recommend renting from them and this model, as well.Only downside is it is a little difficult to navigate the location within the parking garage at the Louisville Terminal Parkway Garage as Payless is in the far corner of the parking garage; but, of course, that has not a thing to do with the company, over all. Customer Services was professional, as was all vehicle/lot attendants.”

When I went into the shop, I was able to speak with the estimator and ask any questions. Their customer service is great!
