“We were extremely happy with our entire experience with Carpet Mart. We came in knowing what product we wanted and worked with Christian. He was a wonderful salesman and even made us feel comfortable going with a lower tier of our product than we originally planned on. It was very refreshing to not have a sales person constantly trying to sell us more expensive products - just providing us with information to get the product with the specifications we were looking for. Our installer, Mike, is such a professional. He takes great pride in his work and it shows! All of the employees helped educate us every step of the way.
