Jennifer Hensley truly cares about her clients and not only goes above and beyond for them, but follows up to make sure it was taken care properly. She is professional and personable all in one. I know “Big” banks get a bad rap, but Jennifer give you the “small town” vibe which I appreciate.

Very small bank, but efficient. I went inside to make a deposit and was in and out in no time. It was close to lunch but it wasn't crowded, the teller who assisted me was very friendly and personable. I used to go to the Chase bank on Westport road, right down the street from my job at the KT Truck Plant. I Googled multiple locations to to see which branch was closest to me at work and this one popped up it just took a few minutes to get there from Chamberlain Lane.

So this isn't a review for the bank itself because frankly I love JP Morgan's overall service and suite of products.This is a review on the level of service I received.I rolled up to the drive through to make a cash deposit, and didn't know the bank had just closed, literally 30 seconds before I arrived.However my unaware self pushed the call button amd waited. Then waited. Then waited some more.I even made eye contact with a man and woman at the drive thru window and they just looked at me and kept going about their business.Of course after 10 mins of waiting and getting not even a response I checked their hours and it had said they were closed.Look, I get it. We all are tired and want to get home. I get it. But a basic level of courtesy is all I wanted. If you see a customer sitting there, and ringing the call button maybe an employee should at least tell me they're closed. Instead of looking dumbfounded and staying silent.Or hey maybe it was my fault. You all decide.

These people go above and beyond for their customers at this location. I lost a cashier's check and they spent at least 30 mins tracking it down so they could stop payment on it and issue me a new one and they were very polite the whole time. They put me at ease in my very stressful situation.

I was lied to on Monday by a Chase employee regarding a fraudulent charge on my account. It appears that customer service is not important to this employee. She actually said to me she did me a favor by completing paper work for me to sign. I guess I am just plain stupid, because I thought that was what they were there to do.

Maybe it’s strictly COVID related, but I found this branch very unhelpful today. Instead of taking care of my issue, they basically turned me away at the door and told me to call the 800 number and take care of the issue myself. Chase is normally much more customer focused, which is why I gave them a 3 star instead of a 1 star rating.

I had my first experience with the staff at this location and by far the most friendly and most helpful people I have interacted with in some time. They went above and beyond to assist my family with some paperwork to finalize an adoption process!!
