I walk in and the teller is sitting on the counter texting. I explained that I had flown in from Florida to open an estate account for my deceased father. Although there is only one person other than me in the building, im told they are too busy and fully booked and cant help. Even after I explained i haveall required items for the account, they invent new requirements that are not needed since I had do everything in Florida.. To which she says "maybe these are Kentucky rules"Horrible customer service. Bank with PNC

My 6 year old child came to deposit her piggy bank worth $18 in change into her first account with my wife. Because it wasn't rolled the teller wouldn't accept it. No pennies, all 5 cents or greater. They stated it was because of policy. They denied a child whose first experience with her own money was today. Draw your own conclusions if this this the type of establishment is one you should support.

I am very concerned about Chase's involvement in the climate change crisis. Chase appears to be the biggest investor in fossil fuel expansion and this is totally destroying our planet and threatening our human species' survival. I am unable to continue using Chase as my banking platform unless Chase divests heavily from fossil fuels and creates a new business model with climate change as a major concern.

Let’s face it; it’s all about the PEOPLE. Just about everything financial can be taken care of online, but that doesn’t mean it all SHOULD BE. I still want to talk to a human being when I call into a customer support number, and I still want to talk to human beings when I need to take care of banking matters. And since I began going to this branch regularly about a decade ago, the people have always been top notch.

Horrible bank. We opened checking and savings accounts for my small business in 1996 in New Albany. Always have had a very good relationship. Moved business to Louisville and started using this branch. They informed me they are closing my accounts and refuse to provide a reason. I always carry a large balance have never bounced a check. I'm a CPA so absolutely no illegal or suspicious banking activity going on. The absolute only possible reason I can come up with is that my son makes some deposits for me. He is younger and has tattoos so they must find him suspicious? We have been model bank customers for over 20 years. You would think they may attempt an explanation but I've contacted several departments and all refused to discuss. Now I have to revise all of my automatic withdrawals, etc. and online banking arrangements. Very disgusting way to handle local customers and hard working small businesses.
