Do they not have the best employees? They just do. This was a delivery and it's not the common restaurant in used to but, they never fail. Most polite and helpful employees ever. Period.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEIt was a really nice Thursday afternoon when we took the terrible decision to order from Chick-Fil-A. We made an order though the app and selected the option to be delivered.We received a partial order so I call the store and talked with Luis who, according to him, is the “manager” which I am pretty sure he’s not.I explained the situation (being really nice) and he answered, being really rude, that since the delivery was through DoorDash I had to call them, explaining the order was not Chick-Fil-A responsibility since “I” was the one who selected DoorDash as a delivery third party.Well; that was the only option I had and it was all processed on the APPGuess what? I order and pay through the Chick-Fil-A app. My bank statement shows that I paid to Chick-Fil-A not to DoorDash as “Luis the Manager” said.Not to mention that the food was cold even though the delivery was on time.But lesson learned:- Don’t buy from this branch. If the “manager” has poor customer service probably everybody else will.- Do not order though the Chick-Fil-A app (delivery) or be preparare to lost about $20-$30 from missing orders.This is my first review EVER complaining about something. But this is something that shouldn’t happen. If you can’t provide delivery service so, don’t or if you are going to provide it at least let the customer choose if they want to take the risk of loosing their money or not.

I am a hard of hearing person who wears hearing aids and just recently went into this location to begin orientation for employment with them. When I initially went into my interview with the manager Nick Smith, I immediately made it known that I have a hearing disability. Not only did he ask questions to help us figure out what could work and what wouldn’t, he also ordered me a sticker to show my disability on my name tag (which has never been done for me before) and him and the hospitality manager greatly accommodated me with clear face to face communication and captions during orientation, as well as making it known to the other team members. You wouldn’t think that this is a lot for them to do, but it meant so much to me. I’ve worked in various fast food jobs like Wendy’s and restaurants like BoomBozz, as well as an auto technician at Valvoline for a year, and these managers at this location were the VERY FIRST people to truly accommodate and support me as a person with profound and moderate hearing loss in my 4 years of customer service. They never made me feel separate from the room and did what they could to help me. I have always self advocated, but there’s also always been a drift in communication between me and my colleagues and I have hope for the managers I will be working for. These managers made it clear that Chick Fil A is a company that cares and I’m so excited to be finally working with people who will give me the safe space to express my obstacles and allow me the accommodations I need, especially when I didn’t have to ask for them. Praise and thanks to the managers in charge of orientation today, you’ve showed that Chick Fil A is a company that supports the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community and you’ve showed me that there ARE employers that care. I am SO excited and grateful to be working with you!

The Chick Fil A across from Mall St. Matthews is being remodeled and I was disappointed to miss out on their yummy treats while watching college basketball. Thankfully I saw the marquee directed me to the New Lagrange Rd. Location for CFA food. I understand the location will be reopened in ONE (1) week.

Well, you can order pickup or curbside here now! I ordered in my app and parked and acknowledged I was there and they very quickly brought out my perfectly prepared order! This is SO CONVENIENT! A great idea that keeps you out of a lengthy lunchtime drive-thru line (and me, off Shelbyville Rd!) I'm stoked for this local option now. Service with a smile!!
