Asian Fried Chicken and Ramen… and so much more! This was our first time visiting this delicious eatery and will certainly NOT be our last. We made a same-day reservation, was seated immediately and weren’t too close to the fireplace ? We instantly recognized a cohesiveness among the staff that was as well-oiled as Ruth’s Chris, without the haughty flair. The atmosphere was welcoming to all walks of life, with a fun, laid-back mood. Our server, Brooklyn, was nothing short of amazing! We had already decided to sample three different appetizers and recommend ALL of them! The steamed pork buns with hoisin sauce, chicken lettuce wraps with zesty peanut sauce and the mushroom eggrolls with sweet chili sauce were all top-notch bites.Because we’re, admittedly, gluttonous AF, we ventured on to the curry ramen soup and the x-tra hot fried chicken sandwich with bonito fries. The flavor of everything was of the “slap yo’ mama” variety! *Side note, if you happen to be under the influence, the “melting” effect of the bonito flakes will keep you amazed and staring at them until they stop moving*We finished our hour and a half off with a cocktail each from the fully stocked bar and the bread pudding for dessert. Brooklyn not only had ours and other tables inside and a couple tables outside, but she was also behind the bar, stirring, shaking and pouring the best cocktails in town. The bread pudding, for me, wasn’t my favorite as the texture was a little too dense, and I didn’t know it’d have caramel on it. It didn’t stop me from savoring a few bites and enjoying the hell out of my pear-fusion drink (can’t recall the name).READ THE MENU! Had I done so, I could’ve avoided the caramel. For all you “cilantro tastes like soap” people, make sure to heed that warning as well. I would gladly drive the hour-long round-trip again tomorrow for their brunch, but I will instead eat my left-over curry ramen soup and dream of the Saturday or Sunday where I can go back to indulge in Chik’n and Waffles and a drink named after me!Parking: We showed up just in time to take the closest street parking spot.

We called to make a reservation. They sat us right away but in a high traffic area. We waited about ten minutes before a server greeted us. When she finally did. It was to tell my brunch mate to not touch the coffee carafe because it’s unsanitary, that we at that point had watched six different people touch with unwashed hands. She took our order and then did not come back to the table. We had to ask the bartender, Roy for more coffee and drinks. The two stars I gave for service are for his awesome attitude. Food is thoughtfully prepared although a little pricey. Environment is excellent! May give it another shot. Not sure it’s worth it tho honestly.

Had brunch here, and it was really good! It came recommended by a friend. I have heard great things about their dinner, but we haven't tried that yet. But their brunch was a 10/10. The chicken sandwich and the biscuit and gravy were so savory with a good amount of spice. Also the beignets were delicious.

Never disappointed here. Great food and ambience. Service was rather slow, the only distasteful thing we saw was staff gorging themselves on French Fries at the bar licking their fingers then coming to serve our table and other patrons. Eeew!

I'd only been here once before about 2 years ago, so when my friend asked if I wanted to go out for my birthday, I figured this would be a good chance to come back, and it did not disappoint.Right away, there is an energetic atmosphere, and the staff are super welcoming. We were seated right away, and our waitress was super accommodating with suggestions around my friend being gluten-free. I personally got the Chicken Curry Ramen and the Chicken Steam Buns, and they were both incredible. We wrapped up with the Pot De Crème for dessert, and of course, it was delicious. They even ended up comping it for my birthday!I would absolutely come back and very much intend to so I can try more of what their menu has to offer.Dietary restrictions: My friend, who is Gluten Free, had a surprising amount of options with their menu.Parking: Parking lot is pretty small so if you drive a bigger vehicle it might be better to just opt for the free street parking.

The Braised Short Ribs Ramen was a special that night… I’m sooo happy I got it.. It was amazing! Close tie with that and the pork ramen! When it comes to appetizers the Pork Belly Steam Buns melt in your mouth and the Bonito Fries were good as well! We were skeptical on the bonito at first but they were actually tasty!

Great food! Being Californian ramen lovers, we were delighted to find some good ramen in Louisville. The chicken buns were also great. It was busy on a Sunday afternoon, but we had great service and a delightful time.
