Atmosphere was great, service was a complete fail, three of the people behind the counter Seemed very homophobic. After telling them we were together, they suggested that we looked like sisters, twins to be specific, rolling their eyes and making us feel unwanted. Asked for chipotle mayo and apparently they never heard of it and gave me attitude to prove it. Including the manager. Prepare to be judged if you come.

The girl with the big underbite and glasses is absolutely awful, negative energy everytime, slams everything after using it, rolled her eyes twice, just doesn’t make sense it’s a pretty easy job.

This location is horrible they are always out of things you order. I’ve attempted to order 3x in two weeks and everytime they are out of stuff. And I’m typing this at 12:30pm

I left a review few days early. Sheldon, from Chipotle, told me to go to website and they'd help me resolve. I did. A dozen emails and all they offer is rewards that will expire. What do I want? Simple. I ordered large chips and guacamole for $8 on the app and prepaid. They were out and didn't complete my order. I just want a refund. Seems simple. Filed a complaint with Attorney General. I know it's just $8 but it's ridiculous. It really is stealing. I don't understand why they refuse to simply give me my money back for an order they couldn't fill. Seriously! It's almost comical. I wish I could cut and paste their AI emails. Such awful customer service.

This is my last time going to a Chipotle. The young girl making the food had a bad attitude like she was in a forced labor camp and just wanted out. My bowl was less food than you would get in a kids meal. And it was plain nasty. One of my husband’s tacos had only ONE piece of chicken on it. For real??I haven’t been to Chipotle in six months. The last time I went there were a bunch of pieces of clear plastic in my bowl from the plastic bags their food comes in.It’s no wonder that at almost 5pm, I was the only person in line. There use to be long lines to the door at Chipotle. Now no one goes there. When you start closing down stores, you only have yourselves to blame.

50 minutes before close told no queso no beans. Not the first time… when it gets close to closing this location says they’re out of things.

My daughter's kid's meal had a glove in the rice! A glove! I returned it and was given an attitude and no apology. Didn't go here after that until a year later and the same nasty attitudes persist from the workers and the stinginess with the food. Food looks like it's old and the chips are so salty and not crunchy. Not worth going. Worst Chipotle location! Go to the one on Hurstbourne, it's so much better.

With Chipotle, the first thing to keep in mind is that you're paying for quality first, convenience second, and quantity third. With that being said, would I prefer that my $15 order included 33-50% more food, especially with respect to cheap items like chips? Sure — but such is life in America circa 2023. What I received was adequate; while your order may fail "the look test," because it features more than just empty calories you will indeed feel full, espcially if you eat leisurely. The overall experience was a solid 3.5 stars and the same can be said of pretty much any visit to this location.For this visit, I ordered the app-exclusive quesadilla along with some chips and guacamole. The quesadilla was supposed to have chicken, cheese, fajita veggies, black beans, roasted chili-corn salasa, and sour cream; the fajita veggies were missing and the other sides were literally on the side, not in the quesadilla. This is arguably acceptable and probably on safer side due to the ambiguity that is inherent to ordering via app; however, it would be better if the app allowed the user to toggle between listing side items as in-entree or literally on the side (given that competitors in the market tend to include a way for you to have the side items in the entree itself).One thing I will give kudos to the staff for doing is holding to the firm to the "ready by" deadline, having my items good to go in the pickup kiosk well upon my arrival. For people who order via mobile app, this tends to matter greatly, so well done with the overall execution of my order.Parking: Very abundant.
