About Cinemark Preston Crossings 16 and XD
Cinemark Preston Crossings 16 and XD is a theater with friendly and welcoming staff who are helpful and provide great service. The movie experience in XD is amazing and enjoyable. The place is clean and not crowded, offering a great experience. However, some seats no longer work or are stuck laying down too far. The concessions can be expensive, and the theater seriously needs to have more hot food ready when they open. Overall, the staff alone makes the place worth the visit.

Preston crossings is the only cinema I go to.. if I have a problem, the staff is always there to help.

I was helped today by someone named Nathan. He was super helpful with finding me things I can have in concessions due to my health conditions and his attention to detail really made me feel cared about.
