About Cinemark Preston Crossings 16 and XD
Cinemark Preston Crossings 16 and XD is a theater with friendly and welcoming staff who are helpful and provide great service. The movie experience in XD is amazing and enjoyable. The place is clean and not crowded, offering a great experience. However, some seats no longer work or are stuck laying down too far. The concessions can be expensive, and the theater seriously needs to have more hot food ready when they open. Overall, the staff alone makes the place worth the visit.
Amber is one of the beat bartenders ever. Will definitely be back to see her!!!!

Everything was good except the ladies' restroom. Some stalls were dark because the light bulbs were out. Toilets were dirty, and latches on doors did not work
