The young lady who was working at about 8pm this evening was way to indulged in a conversation on her phone that when we walked up to the register it wasn't no greeting and she continued to txt ! Very rude of u ask me and that's coming from somebody in customer service her self ! Will not return to this location ! Just wondering if there is a survey I can fill out thanks

i don't know how to get ahold of the manager but i had problems.Me and my friend went in for soda Nd snaks . and the lady that work in there ant night um well she refused to ring us up. she said she didn't have to ring us and then gave us a death stair and then she told us we could leave if we didn't like it. so we put are soda down and hust left . and she said something rude but we couldn't make it up

Overcharged me in two liters then acted like they couldn't give me my change cause they were counting down a register. I didn't want to use the self check out and they made imme and it over charged me. Petty

Went in and purchased 2 Pure Leafs, 2 for $3.50. Didn’t get the sale price and the guy behind the counter was acting very peculiar when I asked him to redo the sale to reflect the sale price. I just took the drinks and left. ??? Customer service sucks!

Extremely difficult just to go in there and pay for gas rather go somewhere else for they have an employee who is helpful and not some stupid machine that’s taking away peoples jobs. Also, if you’re going to have the easy pay system, have the cards available for the customers to get one.

Grown man didn't know how to do a single thing I asked for premium gas he just kept saying I don't know dude, dude I just don't know can you go look and tell me what it says......like seriously? So I was like okay and told him what the pump said after walking out in 100 degrees heat after my 12 hour shift and he was like what I don't know what that means after I told him the price and I was very displeased with his attitude he was probably stoned out of his mind I almost swung on him

Solid circle k gas station and mini mart located right on a busy corner section of fagenbush road in the highview community of Lousiville Kentucky. Pretty standard circle k gas station that has about on par gas prices with the nearby area. Interior is usually in solid shape and the service like much gas stations is hit or miss. Overall no major complaints other than I avoid certain time frames to visit because being on a busy corner it can be a pain getting in and out during high traffic times.

The staff if super friendly! I never was a fan of circle k but this crew is awesome! Miss shanté is the sweetest and I definitely owe her a fat tip! I definitely recommend.

Staff is rude and does not accommodate people with medical conditions. Received a medical lecture from a know-it-all cashier in regards to appropriate mask procedure. I have a medical condition and cannot wear a mask. If she's working to put herself through medical school, she should wait until she obtains her degree before providing unsolicited medical advice, but I would bet all her medical knowledge comes from watching "greys anatomy." Avoid this place like the plague

The staff is good but Everytime I've stopped in for the last few months there have been multiple pumps out of order, like just now I had to go to speedway because 3 of the pumps were out of order.
