I feel like I never get the amount of gas you pay for I can take 10 and gives me a quarter tank no matter where I stop here it always under a quarter tank and the tanks pump slow won't be back

I stop here for gas sometimes, now I don’t after today. The blonde lady on morning shift wanted to get mad at me for the self scanner not working and then take it out on me by being rude to me when I ask for either my gas/drinks or a refund since it took money from my account anyway. I would recommend any other gas station unless you absolutely have to stop here but be careful, if they have a hiccup they’re liable to explode on you or be passive aggressive to you for their machines messing up. They ironed it out and I got my gas but definitely didn’t need the lip or the mean glares to go with that especially when on the way to work.

I called the store before I left my house to see if they was open and what time they closed they were very rude and put me on hold 3 different times I was just trying to see if I could make it to the store before they close I get up to the store the lady who is working the store comes and locks the door as I’m walking up worst employee ever I think they really need to shut the store down permanently

Rudest employees ever!! My cards including my Tile tracker fell out of my wallet and I got them all but my tracker. I realized the next day it was still there at the store. Since it’s a GPS tracker it confirms it. The employees refused to even look around for it when I told them exactly where it was. They sat the phone down twice and never came back then hung up on me and one lady got on the phone And said it could be in my “damn dumpster”. This was crazy to me, they had no reason to be so nasty with me. All I did was ask if they would get it for me and put it up. I hope they get in trouble because when I go to pick my tile up tomorrow, I’m gonna make sure to let whoever’s in charge know about it and if one of the People that was rude to me is in charge and I’m gonna go to the one ahead of them. Get some damn customer service skills!!!

Lady in front of me couldn’t use her EBT card to pay for food because cashier only had this self checkout thing open which doesn’ accept EBT. Shame on you Circle K

Never spending a scent in this store again. I set my drink on the counter for the woman to ring up and she points at the self check out and continues jawing with her coworker. I informed her that I do not use them as I am not an employee and she grabs the drink and tells me “then you can just leave”…. done.

I can't think of any bad experiences I've ever had while visiting this place. I always seem to find plenty to choose from as far as snacks, drinks or anything I happen to need at the time. However, I do tend to notice the later at night you visit Circle K in search of whatever you may need, then the less there is to choose from. But that's only due to how busy the Salem store can be at times.

Long lines and VERY frequently have all of their gas pumps "out of order". Avoid and go somewhere more reliable. Their food and beverage costs are also higher than normal.

The roller grill is always fresh . The sandwich case is well stocked and they have the best polar pops in the area .

New self checkout station was installed. I've used them before with no issues as other locations. Put my two identical items on the scanner and it rang up just fine with the promotion. Put my card in and it charged me for the larger version of the item without a promotion. Asked the staff member about it and she was confused. The manager essentially said it's all on the customer if the scanner works or not. Self service options are great but if the kinks aren't worked out, don't blame your customer. I was refunded however I'd let everyone know to avoid the self checkout option at this location.
