Went in to purchase cigarettes. While I was waiting to pay the cashier was to busy on l playing Monopoly go on her phone to total my purchase. This was the assistant manager.

If I could get a rating of zero I would went in this Circle K shop at a lot of them all the time. I’m a Uber driver so you know anyways the guy is on the phone. The whole time has to ring my order in twice cause he messed up no problem, but the problem is that he’s on the phone the whole time so when I’m like, hey if you could you know, I want gas cause he started to bring more stuff up again that was already on the screen so then he’s like oh well hold on. I was just like forget about it cause at that point I had already been there 10 minutes this is just ridiculous and I see why the store has a two star rating definitely because the people there don’t care the manager who stated she was the store manager came out as what was wrong told her and she was like oh I got you to the to the to the cashier, don’t worry about it. It doesn’t matter if she calls cause I asked for corporate number, so yeah definitely not the circle say to stop at definitely not Circle K standards.

I'm not a big circle k fan I usually go to Thornton's! But when I do go, that tall black guy Johnnie is OUTSTANDING he's always in such a good mood and interacts with ALL his customers! Now on the other hand I have also been in there when Chris was working. And that is the WORST customer service ever! He is VERY RUDE, disrespectful, and very nonchalant! I will never go in again on his shift! I will continue to go to Thornton's

I just left circle k on Bardstown rd. I usually buy Monster energy drinks from there. Yesterday I bought some at another circle k 3 for $7. Now they're 2 for $6.50??? That's a huge 29% increase. I will not be buying anymore from there..

I purchased a lottery ticket from the kiosk machine and the clerk tried to scan my lottery ticket to charge me a second time during checkout. He literally thought I got the ticket from behind the counter which makes no sense. I also wouldn't recommend buying a USB car charger from Circle K. If you open the box and it doesn't work, there is no warranty. You can get the same thing for $15 dollars cheaper at Thorntons and they'll actually honor the exchange if the item is defective as long as you have the receipt.
