I was unaware this wasn't a convenience store? Apparently mopped floors mean you can't walk the store. They block off beverage coolers from one side and get pissed when you use an aisle to walk past a wet floor sign. I'm pretty sure the wet floor sign is there to warn to be careful because THE FLOOR IS WET, to protect from liability, not to make sure your store makes no revenue. 0/10 customer service as I was berated for just saying that I'd leave. Unprofessional, and very rude staff.

Worse customer service ever. Just tried to walk in to get beverages and get gas and the woman working yelled to not be in her store because she had just mopped. Super unprofessional and rude. Wet floor signs are to warn people of wet floors. Not to keep them out of your establishment.

One star is too many. Do not waste your valuable time, money or gas here! The store closes for its employee restroom breaks...as a matter of fact, it's always something here. It's just not a well run store to say the least. Sorry. Negative reviews suck, but so does bad customer service.

Close it and sell it to somebody who will keep it open. No good to the neighborhood if you are always closed. You can't be making money because you are never open. NOT GOOD BUSINESS. We need a place to go to without walking in the cold and get service

I went at 3 am Monday morning for gas, had to pay at the window. Stood out in the freezing for a bit. Then my card got charged twice I can’t get ahold of anyone at this store or even circle k customer service. So now I’m trying to work with my bank to get the funds back but no luck ! If you’re in this area save yourself so trouble drive not even 2 min up the road to thorntons.

Very, very dirty but it’s a gas station. They should get someone daily to pickup the garbage and fill the receipt paper. It’s the little things that could make this place better. Plus 1/3 of the pumps are OOS

Worst store in Louisville, not just worst Circle K, but overall THE WORST STORE IN LOUISVILLE. First problem is Management, always has an attitude especially when the issue is hers to fix (ie. Prices on items not matching what they ring up as) told me it wasn't her concern and the price is whatever it rings up as period. Second, store is always dirty or needs attention, drink spills on the fountain counter, empty soda flavors (that apparantly no employee has been trained to change because they all say they don't know how). Trashy, inappropriate music playing so loud you can hardly hear anything, parking lot is never clean, hell give one of the homeless guys out there scaring your customers a soda, bet he'd clean it for free. Lastly, for a store that is supposed to be 24hrs why 3 out of 5 times I come in there on third shift are the two employees locked in the building doing nothing but staring at the people trying to spend money in your store, I could understand if there was only 1 employee and they needed a break or to use restroom, but when there is 2 of them that's just plan lazy. The owner or franchisee seriously needs to reconsider their choices in regards to this store. 1230 in the afternoon and doors locked again. Pathetic
