Peter is very rude & nasty!!! He messed up a payment (account number) off one digit or two because he has fat thumb. Told me I had to pay for his mistake on top of the storage bill. So I'm paid in full now and he's still giving me a problem. Now I have to call a Bart. Never again.

Edit: I was advised that because I had been in the unit for over a yr, I received an increase. So just know that the rate they give you upon signing will change after a yr. They don't tell you this upfront.
I received a letter today that my rate was increasing by $6.00, after 15 mos. The letter said certain units. ? Why would certain units have an increase and not everyone? Singling people out? I was told when I signed the contract that the rate would stay the same. The only thing I did was change the account from a personal to a business account. THIS IS BAIT AND SWITCH!!

Citadel is a great storage facility. Very clean and very professional, the fact that they allow you to use a moving truck a no expense other than the cost of gas is a huge benefit. Btw Pete is the man! I’ve got 4 storage units here and he has always taken great care of me.
