From the very first call to today Helen has been like my best friend now! She’s the only ONE to help me put my new nebulizer together over the phone even waiting for me to get it out of my car! I tied up her very busy time and she was the best, no attitude like all of us have dealt with she’s just kind patient as I curse about my pharmacist who was rude arrogant at Walgreens on Hurstbourne/StoneyBrookRd! AGAIN, I love Helen and I hope this review gets her a pay raise! Thanks Again Helen and her crew! Denise Kenney

Doctor sent in an order for a CPAP, two weeks went by, heard nothing. I called and was told it would be a little longer due to the recent recall. Okay, understandable. Two months with no follow up, they don't answer the phone, and their voicemail is full. I know covid is a problem right now, but customer service work can be done remotely. Very unprofessional.Update: They did finally get back to me and I got my CPAP. The lady was sweet and helpful, once I actually got to talk to her. Not altogether terrible, but it would have been good to get an update rather than just waiting and wondering.

Would have given a "zero" if that was an option. Six weeks after my doctor's visit, no response from Cooley regarding my Bi-pap. Called every week with the same result: the voicemail for the department I needed to speak with was always full. On the few occasions I was able to speak with someone, was told someone would call me. Never happened. Maybe the worst customer service I have ever experienced!

Dealing with Cooley Medical since 2016 they've gotten to be the most incompetent bunch people I've ever dealt with. Not talking about all but the ones who suppose to know how to order supplies. My trach supplies are always wrong and today I called because I was missing my new trach which they tell me it was sent. I didn't get it. So I have to call billing and tell them what happened. Hate it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our recent experience with Cooley Medical could not have brought more joy to our family today. My husbands power supply unit went out at 3 am Thursday morning and he has a very difficult time sleeping when he is not getting proper air at night. One call to Cooley Medical and our problems were solved. They went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure our Holiday could be enjoyed by all. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you

Only been dealing with them (Lexington Office) for one month and already I see confirmation of all the negative reviews.First, took three tries for them to even follow through on appointment...Then i had the machine for a week and they called me to tell me they would have to just ship the machine to me - because they had no idea that I already had it. They tell me they will bill me monthly for the CPAP machine for 10 months once the insurance pays their part - so then I get a bill for the whole thing and they said they already billed the insurance - they had not... I asked about a replacement mask they were supposed to have sent last week, surprise - still at the store. I asked about supplies and they tell me I have to call every month to request filters, but they will not send them by themselves, I have to buy something else with them. They told me I have to replace the filter ever two weeks, but can only request once a month and can only get two. Hello, 4 weeks is 28 days. so, stretch this out a year - requires 26 filters, but you can only have 24. No replenishment plan, no reminders, no way to request after hours. You must call during working hours every month to receive them late. So today she tells me I can use the filter longer than the manufacturer says.They are so disorganized. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER. You can bet that I will not stay with them once the machine is paid for. Utterly ridiculous...

I have been waiting on hold for 26 minutes 28 seconds and counting... I hung up and called back and guess what? The same person answered... Maybe I was forgotten about?
