I left so unbelievably irritated. I waited an hour and 50 minutes (was given a quote of an hour or less) and still hadn’t gotten a call that my tires were done. I went to go see what was taking so long and was handed the keys with the guy not saying anything to me, just dropping them in my hand. I have no idea how long my car had been done without being notified. The tires were very over inflated and they left stuff ALL over my wheels that they didn’t clean off.

New Costco member and a huge fan! Amazing produce and surprisingly great clothes. The only thing to "complain" about is the amount of people to zig zag around. That's half of the fun sometimes. Costco has the simplest return process of any store Imaginable. PLUS they are referenced constantly on the show Baskets. What's more to love?

HORRIBLE experience with their tire installation. Costco the store is great, their food court is great, but don't get your tires installed here. After waiting 2 hours (with an appointment) to have my tires installed, shortly after I left my steering wheel was aggressively shaking. I took it to a tire shop nearby and turns out none of my tires were balanced and they were lacking some air. After waiting 2 hours, turns out they just put the tires on and didn't even finish the job. Will not be coming back.

Every time I go to Costco I find all that I need. I love this store. I love the fact that you have different frozen foods and other items every month. Your fruit is fresh.

Sure they're a good deal, but the service is awful. Really long wait times, but the worst is they didn't even balance my tires when I got my service. They were so unbalanced when I got on the freeway my car was shaking! I had to get it balanced somewhere else and they showed me the measurements of how far off it was, insane. I'd had my last 3 rotations done here and now I'm doubting it was ever done.

I love me some Costco, but it's always crazy busy there. The parking lot is a free for all. I live a couple hours away, so when I go, I really stock up! I love that they have some staples that won't change price- like the $5 rotisserie chicken and the $1.50 hotdog and soda combo. My only gripe, really, is that they often have products I love that get discontinued. I wish they could keep more of the same items.

Went in today. Had a flat that needed to be fixed! NOTHING ELSE!! This is where it gets interesting…idc where you work if you need a membership to buy a tire you should tel everyone who calls NO MATTER WHAT!!! fast forward i buy a membership, I pay for the tire, he told me give him about 15 mins to fix instead it was about 30..hmm no biggie. I receive my car and drive off MY BRAKES DONT WORK! I’m literally hanging them to the floor to stop. This is by far the worst day I’ve had in a while and I just hope and pray there “claims center or insurance” fixes my car ASAP! I’ll be in contact with my lawyer smh.

To be fair, I'd like to preface this review by saying I've enjoyed shopping at Costco for the past 4-5 years and it's been a pleasant experience up until today when I went to checkout and was met by the rudest manager and his female customer service employee who was actually worse than he. Demeaning and passive aggressive when trying to explain my situation to them and check out. Treated me like someone who had committed a crime for checking out with and not realizing my membership had lapsed. I was trying to ask if I could just pay for it with the rest of my cart they had already rung up. Their lack of empathy or understanding for really a simple mistake showed when he and his crony talked AT me instead asking me anything or seeing how they could fix their mistake instead of acting like a greedy Costco corporatists. For the most part I still believe Costco itself has the best interest of their customers, but this man just wanted to ruin someone's day and I happened to be in the right place at the right time. Based on my interaction with this manager and his staff member, one can infer it only takes one bad apple to spoil the rest.
