Some of the worst customer service I've ever had at a store. Front desk was extremely rude because I was having issues with my online membership card.

The Costco I visited is located off Brownsboro Rd on Sunday, March 16. It was so crowded with long lines at all checkouts, even self check, I didn't get anything. I took an empty cart out and left.

I love Costco and spend A LOT HERE, so let me explain why this location gets one star. There are two male employees who work here that are terrible and have the worst attitude, and they are always there. Also, they treat everyone like criminals now before you get into the store or show them an ID card. Why on earth do you have to show your card to get in, when you have to scan it to check out? My wife walked in with our daughter to take her to the restroom because she couldn’t hold it, shes 5. One of the workers followed her back to the restroom and told her she has to go in through the other way to scan her card before she could even use the restroom with a child that was about to pre her pants. I had dropped them off at the front door and I went to park the car, and I had our family membership card. They made her wait upfront by the cold door with my daughter until I finished parking the car and was able to scan my membership card to allow them in. This is not the Costco that I know. On two separate occasions, we got very heavy furniture, and no one came to help us. Even though we asked. One of the guys that I’m referring to, that is rude, specifically said, no, he wasn’t going to help us, and that’s a cart boys job. Just some disappointing stuff.

Let me start by saying I love Costco. I always have. Lately though, their produce has not been great quality and I've had to throw a lot away shortly after buying it because of mold. On multiple occasions I've got some home and realized it was already molded. I'm not sure what has changed because they used to have top tier products. Everything else is great.

They seem to be less and less staffed as time goes on. The waits and lines have become crazier and do not move as fast as what Costco had gotten us used to!

So tired of the scanning your card to enter the store. Tired of waiting in line at customer service because they have the wrong photo that apparently shows up while scanning in your card at entrance.
Will not be renewing membership here.
Over shopped store with carts on wrong side of entrance, the”self checkout “ is a joke.
Sam’s Club is such an easier better experience.

The place needs more handicapped parking. I have taken my elderly mother there several times for her hearing aids and have had trouble getting a handicapped spot each time.

Unable to correctly return online orders. I wasted 2 hours trying to correct an online order return this store got wrong. Now the online customer service has processed a return and given me a return label I cannot use. I’ll just take the $$ and time loss as a lesson to never return online orders in-store again.

Had a school membership card and had the hardest time being allowed inside because no picture was on card and people at the door had no clue of what to do about a business membership being used to enter. This along with other things changed our minds about getting a personal membership. We as workers with special needs students discussed this on the bus and nobody was happy with our experience.

Love this place and so does everyone else as it's usually fairly crowded. All employees are kind and helpful. Clean and good merchandise selection. Big complaint, I noticed those in need frequently have to wait fairly long times for an electric cart. This shouldn't be for a place where you have to pay for a membership, especially when other large stores have them readily available.
