I always get great service from Courtesy Buick. The staff are very friendly and helpful whenever I call or just stop by! This time I had a check engine light come on, Travis and Trevor both were extremely helpful. And best yet it was covered by my warranty. Thank you for great service.

Salesperson Mickey Hendrick did an excellent job. And the Sales Manager creatively solved an issue to make the sale happen. Car was perfectly prepped. Paperwork execution was smooth and timely - versus tedious at most other dealerships. Positive, upbeat, and genuinely hospitable dealership culture was palpable. As such, I’m a very satisfied customer. Thank you!

Just a heads up: WEIGH YOUR OPTIONS before going all in on PRICEY CAR REPAIRS. No one likes spending their hard earned money not knowing what they’re getting??.My experience with Courtesy GMC have left me with a growing sense of skepticism. Their initial quote of $2100, later reduced to $1900, came on the heels of an already hefty $2738.97 bill for their services within a span of less than two months.What's particularly disappointing is their inability to effectively address my car's overheating issue. They initially denied the problem, only acknowledging it when I pointed out the air conditioner's response during overheating. Even then, they carried out a repair and claimed to have fixed the issue along with addressing a supposed cooling fan relay problem, at no charge. My husband paid $2738.97 for the initial repair.The frustration intensifies when you consider that their first repair lasted a mere week. I originally brought my car in on August 15, and by August 22, it was back at the dealership. Less than two months later, I find myself facing yet another issue related to the initial overheating problem.I feel like my car has suffered as a result of not being properly fixed the first time. It's frustrating to have to pay an amount equivalent to investing into another car, with no guarantee of a lasting solution. The Dealership should stand by their work and demonstrate integrity, especially when dealing with people's hard-earned money. No one wants to be in a situation where they’re continuously spending large sums of money to fix their car, unsure if the issues will ever truly be resolved.

Professional and smooth buying experience. I was very satisfied with Arthur Wilson, my sales professional.He was so personable to my wife and myself. Answered everything to help us make our decision. Jeff at Courtesy Buick GMC was so great. We got there, test drove the car, decided to buy, and trade in our other vehicle all within 24 hours. The car I got was in pristine condition and had been cleaned and spruced up for me to drive it off the lot. Jeff was so fun and personable without being pushy or disingenuous. I would highly recommend buying a car here!

I am out of state and worked with Matt, Mickey, and Corey to purchase a new Truck. They made the process easy and had everything in place before my arrival. Arash is a great salesman! Helpful without being pushy and will work to get you the best deal possible. Michelle did my paperwork and was super nice and easy to talk to. People like that are hard to find, to find two in one transaction was a great experience.

I bought a 2023 GMC Yukon Denali here and it was a fabulous experience. It did not feel high pressure. They were flexible and worked with what I wanted. Ryan Johnson was great salesman. He took the time to ensure I understood all the features in the truck. I highly recommend working with Ryan when the time comes for you to buy a new vehicle.

This is the third vehicle that I have purchased at this dealership. The employees at the dealership have always made me feel like a person and not a number. No high pressure just what can we do to help you. What are you looking for and what can we do to help you? Great customer experience. I was surprised when I arrived at the dealership that they had roses for me to let me know that they appreciated me for trusting them and coming back.

Arthur Wilson did a fantastic job. He wasn't pushy in any way and made sure that what I was looking at was something I truly wanted, he was available for all my questions and looped in people to help better explain the process along the way. I can not thank Arthur Wilson, Ted Staton, and Michelle in Finance more for putting me in a vehicle that I absolutely love. You all did a fantastic job.

It was fine. My main complaints would be the price of oil change and tire rotation ($93). Should be closer to $60. Also, no car wash, which I have seen with other dealership service departments.

Came to Courtesy Buick GMC of Louisville from Knoxville… It was well worth the drive. This was hands down the easiest and best vehicle purchase that I have ever had. The GMC Sierra Denali 3500 was absolutely the best price that I had seen. My sales person was Mickey and he was awesome to work with. I would make the trip back here to purchase again as I have purchased from the Courtsey group and have always had good experiences but this was the best ever.

This is the first time I’ve ever taken anything to a dealer to be worked on. Because of my warranty I had to. It was by far the best car repair experience I’ve ever had. I was called early Monday morning to make sure they knew the issues to check. Just a couple of hours later they let me know what they found and what the warranty covered. And was able to get my car done by 9a.m. The next day. They were also great helping out with the warranty company. All I had to do was give them their number. 5 star experience.

I made an appointment because the engine light was on and remained consistently for days while I was out of town. The diagnosis resulted in the problem being a "purge valve." Because I have an extended warranty, the service was covered. I am appreciative of the service rendered and the excellent customer service.
