We purchased the mechanism for the Deluxe Queen Murphy bed. The material supply list, directions and illustrations were extremely well written and the quality of the mechanism is excellent! Very well made and heavy duty! Completely confident it will perform and hold up for many years of use! Could not be happier with the product! Crate-a-Bed support was amazing and very responsive! I communicated a few times in the chat feature on their website and the customer service was excellent and prompt! I highly recommend Create-a-bed and thrilled to support an American Company!

I built my own standard queen vertical bed in 2011. I enjoyed the project so much, that when someone else said they wanted one I built one for them. Since then I have built 15 beds, both horizontal and vertical configurations. On several occasions I have been on the phone reviewing my proposed modifications with Aaron & David (the techs) at Create-a-bed. They have been super helpful and are a joy to work with.
