Mandy was an absolute breath of fresh air! Not only was she able to fix my issues with the phone, she actually brightened my whole day! I'm so glad cricket was my first stop today as it was a great way to begin the day. After telling me how young I looked (I'm 40?,) instead of turning me away and having me call 611 she actually got on chat with them herself and resolved the problem for me!? And even when we had a couple bumps in the road she didn't give up, she was persistent, and she resolved the issue. Thanks again Mandy! And great job to Cricket for picking her as part of their team!

Went yesterday to buy a new phones and Becca and Lauren were really helpful and made sure we had everything we needed before leaving. Very professional and well trained. One of them made sure my daughter got signed into max before leaving the store. Will for sure return to this store again. Great service and the wait time was literally like 2 seconds but was greeted the moment we walked in the door. This is great customer service.

Went there trying to get a new phone they tried to talk us out of financing then whan we checked out she said it was no button for it. So I knew something wasn't right and said we will go to another store and the remark i got was they will say the same thing. We went and behold my wife has a new phone

Don't waste your time. Decent rep service but personally will never shop here again because their "courteous" rep team installed a screen protector that failed 4 days after they put it on (we did not ask, the rep just went ahead and did it) and after returning to the store and explaining how they messed up our 20$ screen protector they would not replace or refund us. Poor policies affect customers and the rep should have asked, to which we would have declined. I installed the last screen protector (2+ years ago) on the last phone and it still looks great with no defects. Deplorable. Don't waste your time.
