I was having a major problem with my smart phone. The young lady spent time and used every effort to resolve the problem. The problem was resolved. I am a very satisfied customer.

Apparently they have new reduced hours they no longer stay open till 8 they close at 7 pm. I pull in at 6:40 the doors are locked she sees me I'm knocking on the door I figured cuz she's counting money that you know when she's done she'll come open the door she was talking to somebody and kept on like looking up and like looking down. Did not even signal to me,to say sorry , t we're closed or nothing just kept on talking, and ignoring me and the fact she close 20 minutes early, no customer relations skills, she's obviously just there for a paycheck, ?

I can't imagine any of the positive reviews are real. We went in to ask a few questions about getting a new phone, and the lady made it nearly impossible to get any answers (including giving us wrong answers based on knowledge from previous sources--like the possibility of getting $5 off a month if you pay for your service with automatic deposit). Avoid this place... there are better options.
