I bought a phone there I thought it was a new phone that I was purchasing and it was somebody else's they were supposed to send me another phone while they did but it was the same phone I already had so I think I'm going to take my business elsewhere because I can't get nothing done because they want to keep switching me from department to put from department and they don't want to fix their mistake give me somebody else's phone with their phone number and all their information still on the phone now how is that very good business it's not

Extremely knowledgeable staff. I went in because I dropped and cracked my screen and needed a phone. The manager reminded me that I had insurance on it and could have the screen repaired for like 30 bucks. Saved me tons of money. I will absolutely be back when I'm ready to get a new phone!

Southland Terrace Cricket is the best store in Louisville. They are always willing to help and extremely friendly. I drive across town and pass up other stores just to visit them. A million thumbs up!!

The employee, Randy(?)totally helped resolve my phone issue and found that we(my son and I)had been overcharged on our monthly bill by $5 and fixed that for us. I'm glad that they finally hired someone that actually pays attention to their job and their customers needs.
