I have been in cricket for more than 6 years, the biggest lack of respect for this Spanish-speaking man, an aggressive person, just for telling him that if he didn't have a better plan for some new friends, he made us angry and threatened that we wouldn't come back. I hope he will be fired.

The staff here is excellent; particularly Ms. Amy Bentley! Not only is she bilingual, she does a great job creating a personal experience for the customer. "Advocate" is her middle name, and these cell phone plans are not a game...to her 🙃🙏😇

Wow! ...Cory and Danny were GREAT ! My phone was botched up badly and despite how busy they got...handled it all with patience and professional timing. Ask for them by name ! Hey District Manager...these Guys are Keepers ! ...and deserve a Raise!

The manager is disgusting, rude and unstable. The store doesn't answer the phone or have voicemail setup, then get upset when you actually come into the store. Do not do business with someone who doesn't want your business.

I came in after buying a new iPhone at the Apple Store, to have my information transferred over via eSim. The associate that helped me was extremely helpful and polite and we were in and out quickly.
