The community is friendly, encouraging, and very welcoming, with participants working out together. Members experience great workouts, notice growth, and are excited for new challenges. The gym cares about personal goals and making individuals the healthiest version of themselves, both mentally and physically. Anyone undecided about CrossFit is encouraged to drop in for a class.
