CSM is fantastic! Kathy and Steve are easy to work with and very professional. I had a large and complex area where I wanted a custom rug... Steve came out, measured every angle, took photos and sketched out my vision. My perfect, beautiful rug was just delivered and installed. I am beyond extatic!!

I cannot recommend CSM Custom Rugs enough! We were sent here by Carpet Mart when they didn't have exactly what we were looking for, and Steve and his wife went above and beyond in helping us. The first runner we chose for our stairs came in with the pattern incorrect (the stripes wouldn't line up). Steve want to bat for us over and over, trying to get them to make it right. He gave us regular updates and was so communicative. We ended up having to chose another, and Steve spent hours installing it perfectly. It's gorgeous and I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend this family-owned local company!

Amazing rugs. I have NEVER seen anything like it. They can do anything with a rug. Their supply of rugs has to be the largest in the city And then they custom finish it to fit ANYWHERE and add to the pattern if you want. I will shop nowhere else.
