Wow! Looks as CVS had google or a third party company remove most of the one star reviews from last fall and winter for the pharmacy. I gave CVS pharmacy another chance and they fail me again. I had a seizure medicine script for my dog from the Vet across the street. They told me it would be ready in an hour to pick up. I kept waiting for it be ready and three hours later they tell me they didn’t even put it in the system yet. They now are closing in 45 minutes and I’m praying they have it ready before they do. They need to still be a 1.9 stars and not the fake 3.5 in my opinion.

My new rx was called in on Tuesday 10/24 and I got notice that it was ready 10/31. Hopefully Pharmacy will get the help it needs.

do not go here takes over 2 hours to get medicine and will never answer your calls. save yourself the time and switch pharmacies

The pharmacy never answers the phone you can't get in touch with anyone to ask a question you have to interact with a computer that can't answer my questions. You never know when the pharmacy is going to be opened or closed. Customer service at this location has gone way down.

Im still on hold.. it's been 25 minutes. You guys never answer your phone. Its not something that can be answered online, when my Dads critical meds have been processing for 10 days and he is out now. 10 days...I should have just ordered them online, but you've pulled the prescription so now I can't get it anywhere else. Guess I'll come down and stand in line to wait for someone to just tell me they don't know. This is the same song and dance every couple months

The inside pharmacy is rarely open and they take forever with drive thru. Avoid this CVS like the plague.

Dear god. If you are sick or need medication ASAP, stay away from this location!!!! A lot of us have been waiting in this line for over 2 hours. I was finally the 3rd car in line when they had to close at 1:30 for lunch!!!!!! So many people left without even getting their medication. And their sign outside that says drive thru only is bullsh*t. They open it whenever they feel like it. This is awful and I will never pick up at this location ever again.

This place just needs to shutdown...so terrible that I felt the need to leave a review. Waited in line for over a hour and my prescription wasn't even ready for pickup.

Worst pharmacy drive thru ever. People are perfectly nice, just not enough of them. Waiting in line for over 40 mins and have only moved one car length. This used to be the best pharmacy around! Not sure where to transfer all of our prescriptions? But this is horrible. Hours keep changing. Always saying not enough staff. Aren't there pharmacy students that need jobs?

CVS on the corner of Shelbyville Rd and Moser Rd is the greatest. The staff went out of their way to help me. I not only saved money on my prescription but had a staff member actually speak to me about stocking a particular item that I was looking for. I wasn’t able to purchase the item but I appreciate the fact that they could explain why it wasn’t on the shelf. Made me feel like they respected me as a customer.
