The pharmacy don’t pick up the phone mostly.The health system has three parties - prescriber , insurer and pharmacy ,,, from past 9 days i have been following up for my medicines, one party fixes the issue the other party mess up the order so having a Horrible experience!!! This pharmacy messed up my order as well in this whole experience ,also i literally have to go in the pharmacy to ask them my question since they don’t pickup the phone.

I came into this CVS, which is located inside of a Target, 5 minutes after I left the Dr. Office. The Pharmasist said the perscription had not yet arrived but she suggested it would not be long and I should feel free to wait. I went to the Starbucks located in the store. within 5 minutes I received a test notifying me that the perscription had been received. It said the perscription would be fill in X hours and asked if I needed it sooner. Replied to the text and said sooner. Within about 10 minutes I received notice that the perscription was ready. I went to pick it up immediately. The Pharmasist was extremely nice and anxious to answer any questions.

Went to pick up my prescription at 6:10 pm since their hours said they were open until 7, confirmed by the business only 4 weeks ago. I get in there and the pharmacy was already closed, all the hours on their sign said open until 6 only. Now I've gotta wait another day to start antibiotics and hope my eye doesn't get worse in the mean time.

I've been a customer since pharmacy opening at that time it was a 4 star plus pharmacy. Today however that's changed. Irregular pharmacy hours and repeated mistakes has forced me to go elsewhere for my prescriptions.Note Be prepared to not be able to get the pharmacy to answer the phone and repeated days of pharmacy not opening on scheduled days and no communication system informing customers .Trips to a closed pharmacy during normal operating hours. Prescriptions are a part of Healthcare cvs this time failed miserably.

Hurt my feelings to know my favorite pharmacy close when they are supposed to be open no note/text/call that may have been the only day I was to get transportation to pick up. I know being short staffed but at least warn people to come ahead of time to come the days you may close early. I was like this cvs bc they was quick and you can get in and out but I feel like it should be against the law to close pharmacy early without notice!!!! You never know if that medication was was important/needed at the time !!!

This location was my back up for my usual CVS. When I needed to come to this location I got quick, easy, and friendly service. Lately, they have been closed and do not notify the customers through an automated text/call or on the hours posted online. It is always when it seems to be convenient for me to make a trip or on a day like this when I am sick that they are closed. They are better than other locations for the most part but are becoming inconvenient like the others. They aren't the only CVS that is like this. The one in Target on Mall Road is really bad about closing. I understand the staff is short handed and every work environment has problems but as a courtesy I feel customers should be more informed and aware of why this issue is happening so often because I personally can no longer rely on services from CVS.

Website said they were open on Labor Day and they are closed all day. Even the phone message said they had limited hours. And I show up to get my prescription that I need TODAY and they were not open.

Fantastic accommodating service. Pharmacist and tech were knowledgable, friendly, fast service for a walk-in, and smiled. You can not put a price on that kind of service. I'm so glad I went here.
