My neice brought me to.pick my medicine and we were in line at the drive through first over an hour. The inside was closed. I saw embarrassed it took so long for her kind offer to bring me.

The counter staff in the pharmacy was very unhelpful. I needed to have a refill filled in Louisville due to travel. I took my prescriptions, which are all CVS prescriptions, to the pharmacy and was told that they didn't stock two of them but could order them. When asked how long it would take if they ordered them I was told that once ordered it would be 3-5 days before they would know when they would be available. The girl who was helping me offered to see if any area CVS had my drugs in stock and gave me the name and number for three. Each of which had one. Instead of offering to call, I called and while on hold for the pharmacy asked if that meant that they had the third drug in stock and she said no. The same interaction at the Hillview pharmacy resulted in refills of two of my drugs the same day and my ordered drug the following day. I will never go back to the Outer Loop CVS.

The pharmacy and pharmacist seem to have major issues keeping time and dates correct. I hate that I have to use cvs it’s a problem every time.

One star because otherwise I can't give my opinion. I arrived at the pharmacy in this place and the first impression was terrible. I was the only person there who saw me. They looked at me and there I had to wait for the Chinese lady who apparently had a photo there to help me. He is part of the team leader group of that pharmacy because he has a very bad attitude. When he finally approached me and saw that I didn't speak enough English, it was worse. He treated me even more badly. He gave me a piece of paper and told me to write, but when I had to sign, he made me a gesture with her very unpleasant face and when giving me the medicine I almost dropped it because she gave it to me in the air, you can say that, she didn't say another word to me, not even out of politeness and professional ethics did she tell me that you have a good What a bad day, racism and empathy towards clients who do not master the language predominates more and more every day, having to deal with all types of people is an optional job but if you have already decided to do it, treat people in the best way and with the better attitude because we are in a country of immigrants and it is reality

We have used the CVS on Outer Loop since we moved to Louisville in 2015. But since they moved to the new location, literally every time I’ve gone in there it has been an issue. The people who work at the Pharmacy are so obnoxious and rude. They watch you walk up, but then don't acknowledge your Presence. They are curt and down right nasty. CVS needs to provide some customer service training or hire better help. I have just moved all of my prescriptions over to Walgreens my husband as well.

I am here from out of state and realized I forgot my meds. I got to have a conversation with the pharmacist at this location. He was actually helpful and kind. This is the third CVS I had to contact. I was so very impressed by his helpfulness, it confirmed the other cvs pharmacist I spoke with were no help at all. This was a great experience for me. CVS should have more pharmacists like you.

Don't use this location. But ALL CVS pharmacies are HORRIBLE!!! I am forced to use them due to insurance. Very incompetent!!! When the customer doesn't have time to baby sit their location, it's made extremely difficult. Can not understand why a multi-million dollar company is so easy to set customer satisfaction last!!!

The new store is much more modern than the old one, but access to this property is terrible. It is traffic bound and more times than not you have to turn right on Outer Loop or Preston and end up having to loop around to get to your ultimate destination. The new staff just does not measure up. We will be transferring out prescriptions elsewhere.
