Just to be clear, this CVS doesn’t do COVID testing at all and they are Very Rude in explaining it.They also won’t help you with find another store that does or apologize for the website getting me out of bed to take a nonexistent test. Lazy and Rude !!!

Have very limited hours, staffing shortages and you have to wait for forever or call because they are constantly closed. Customer service is also lacking in many areas. Save your time and frustration and just go somewhere else.

Great customer service from guy in the store today. I took forever to check out but he was able to help the folks behind me with pick-ups and other things without making me feel ignored either. With everything going on with CVS, I had to highlight his great service. I primarily buy OTC and photos from pharmacies so can’t comment on getting Rx. But I do know they ship scripts so maybe try that if you’re having trouble!

They had two workers helping customers, and instead of having one worker help with the drive thru, and one in person, they had both helping in person, ignoring drive thru! They would only periodically help drive thru. We waited over an hour in line. I would not have a problem with a slow line if there was only one worker for both, but there was two, and they decided to just ignore their customers.

If I could give zero stars… not once have I shown up here and actually gotten my rx on the first try. Either Dennis tells you to come back hours or days later because they’re not going to fill it on time before break/closing or the girl at checkout says “I’m not really sure but we don’t have anything for you…maybe call your doc?” despite having confirmed with my doc and getting the text that it’s ready. The line is always down the aisle with the phone speaker saying “5 pharmacy calls waiting” and never being answered. Terrible. Every person waiting in agony in line has the same story with their experience.

Pharmacy:Closed SaturdayClosed SundayClosed MondayCannot get critical medicine because they aren’t open. When they are open they change the hours of operation every week.Time to hire techs!!!!! and treat the pharmacists fairly.Sadly, must transfer Rxs, cannot reliably get medication for my family.

A year ago it only one day to get prescriptions filled. A couple of weeks ago it took four days. This week after waiting again for four days I went to this location to see if perhaps there was a problem. The pharmacist said she would try to get my two prescriptions filled today but she could not promise.I told her I leave on vacation tomorrow but she did not care.Go to Kroger pharmacy for my wife goes there and never has a problem!

Really, really bad. They got better for a little while and it’s bad again.1. They aren’t answering the phones again.2. I went a week without my blood pressure meds as they were stuck in-processing.3. Had to make trips to get them and stand in line 20/30 minutes each time.4. Trying to move everything else I can to another pharmacy.

This is the worst pharmacy in Louisville. I had a RX called in a week prior and showed up and it was not ready. Drive through is always closed due to short staff. Line is always 5 deep and each person has a problem, never just pick up and go. I recommend using somewhere else.

Called a refill in on Friday morning at 8 am via the automated attendant they said would be ready by 1pm and I got there at 5:55 but they were so busy it was after 6 before I spoke to someone Who said they closed at six so they could not help me. Went back today. ( Sunday) at 4:15 pm They advise me my order was still not ready!! 2 1/2 days to pick up a refill and it’s still not ready?!? I’m going back to Walgreens! I feel for the people working because they are so understaffed.

Everyone I have encountered here is doing the best they can, but they are so horribly understaffed that this pharmacy should not even be open. It’s not fair to the people working there OR the customers who wait days for meds and can’t even get through to anyone on the phone. It should not take 3 or more days to process a px you have in stock. I want to switch my meds to another pharmacy but in order to do that I’d actually have to be able to talk to someone there in the pharmacy, which is proving to be next to impossible. Today there was only one gentleman there working at 5:30pm and six cars in the drive-thru, eight people in line inside. I felt horrible for him and just walked away. Hoping I will be able to get my meds tomorrow.

This CVS drive thru takes for ever to give out prescriptions. I don't know if they are understaffed but this is ridiculous there is long line of people waiting for their prescriptions to be filled and timing is ridiculous as well. They just shut down at 8 exactly while they are incompetent in serving people in a timely fashion. Once I waited for a hour for my prescription.

Had a vaccine appt scheduled for nearly a week, only to be refused at the pharmacy counter with NO prior notice.Their reasoning? Short on staff...They only taped up a piece of paper to notify customers.I set my appt time for one of their least busy times, arrived early, and there were no other customers at that time. I was still refused.THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED.
