WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS PATHETIC UNPROFESSIONAL PHARMACY! They are clearly understaffed,but that is no excuse plus, they will retaliate if you complain! Absolutely the worst pharmacy, or business establishment that I have ever experienced in my life hands down! I don't give poor reviews unless a business is ridiculously poor so listen up! Their customer service is not only poor, but severely rude, unprofessional, and literally repulsive. I was in an accident and had medications ordered from doctors upon my release from the hospital on September 15th 2023. Today is September 26th and I still haven't received my medication, nor an explanation as to why they don't have it ready. All while dealing with severe pain. Even though my wife was told it was in stock and would in ready at a specific time several times. Her interactions with staff are recorded. She waited over an hour twice now, and still had to leave without my pain medication. When she complained, she was treated so poorly and unprofessionally, it almost seems like a scene from a prank TV show, and was obviously retaliated against for telling them about her dissatisfaction. She was made to step aside while they attended to customers behind her when she was being overcharged for one of my medications. A 15min wait ended up being 1.5hours! They told her it had already been run through GoodRx and the price was as low as possible. That was not true, in fact they had not run it through for the discount and it was $6 less. They have done this to us numerous times. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY unless you want to possibly be without medication for many days/weeks and unable to do anything about it. Don't try calling ahead to speak with them either, unless you want to wait 30-40 mins before actually speaking with someone. Twice they didn't even answered after 40mins.

I love this CVS. The staff is so helpful and they have great selections of makeup, vitamins, hair stuff...everything.

Edit: They have two people working here now. No more issues. Edit: There is only ever 1 person to staff the pharmacy. That person does their best, but they need at least one other person. I’m writing this while having been on hold for more than 50 MINUTES! Do not use this pharmacy if you expect them to answer the phone. My doctor has also had the same problem and hung up after 20 minutes.

Review 1: Nice CVS, very clean, and organized. I would have gave it a 5 start but Miss Cashier on 3/7 around 8pm was so rude, once we were done paying she said take your bags and didn’t even give us our receipt. Like ma’am you can say “here is your bags have a good night.” Customer service is the number one priority when hiring for position that requires customer service. Training for customer service much needed.
