I've been painting for 20 years and Benjamin Moore had the best paint on the market right now. The guys at this store were exceptionally knowledgeable about their job. Great customer service!!!!

I like this place! It carries paint and a whole lot more. They have wallpaper in stock as well as availability of ordering. Hard to find in Stock wallpaper these days. I enjoy stopping in every so often for a peak as to what's new!

I cannot recommend this place enough. I had researched the heck out of what kind of paint I wanted to use on the exterior of my home. Finally, I decided on Romabio Masonry Flat with a custom color tint - which they nailed! I sent them my swatch of paint through the mail and told them what I wanted as I was 2 hours away and it was the closest retail to me. I went and picked them up and started painting but quickly knew I wasn’t going to have enough to finish the job. I called

I stopped in to look at wallpaper for my bathroom area, and Gail was so helpful. I had 2 paint samples and told her I also wanted to incorporate some navy from adjoining room.She was able to direct me to several samples that would fit my color scheme and ideas. She gave me several large samples to try at home.The whole process was so painless and easy with Gail. My bathroom area turned out great!! I just love it. I would recommend Gail to anyone looking for wallpaper.

I have worked with Gail over the years. She is wonderful and so capable. As far as I am concerned she is the best at choosing color combinations as anyone I’ve ever seen. I broke my leg last February and Gail came to the nursing home and brought delicious dark chocolate candy. Gail is willing to go above and beyond most people and I will always want to go to her when I need help.

I have worked with Gail at Dages Paint for every project I have done. She has worked with me to pick the paint for two entire houses that I have remodeled. She picked the paint for every room in the houses as well as painting the outside of the brick which transformed my houses. She also picked wallpapers for my bath and was spot on in remodeling my homes. I have complete confidence in her design ability. She goes the extra mile for me, and my friends always ask who my decorator is. I would be lost without Gail. Everyone should use her.

I can highly recommend Dages Hikes Point Paint and Wall covering to anyone considering a project to improve their home. I worked with Gail in the design area and she helped pick out the perfect color for my family room project. She has an eye for color and I love it!

Poor customer service. Lady didn't greet or offer to help my wife despite not being busy and then literally left to go get My Favorite Muffin and left my wife to wander around the store. Called to complain and the manager of the location essentially deflected.

Benjamin Moore has the highest quality paints for all interior and exterior projects. This store has excellent customer service and gives discounts to customers with accounts. The store sells paint supplies and wallpaper. Color consultants will help pick the perfect color.

My wife and I ordered wallpaper and shades for our new home. We requested a designer visit our current home so the “look” could be duplicated in the new home. The designer measured and ordered our shades, we paid an additional amount to ensure the shades were blackout shades. When the remodeling was complete in our new home, we hung one of the blinds in the master bedroom only to find they were not what we wanted, and the blackout was a total waste of money since light comes in one the sides of the shades and the shade does not go to the bottom of the window frame. We called to request a rep from Dages come to see how the shades turned out; she agreed they didn’t fit the window correctly. The owner scheduled a conference call with us to talk about the situation; it was clear she wasn’t willing to take care of the mistake her employee made. The owner’s offer was to give us credit for half of our costs which would mean we still had to order more from them so we would be grossly overpaying for window shades. Currently, we are out $2500 for shades that clearly do not fit our windows and we are going to have to have drapes made so cover the light coming in on the sides and then have something added to the bottom of the shade so light doesn’t come in there either. This is absolutely the worst customer service ever and I would not recommend you spending your time or money with them.Ed and Mary Anne Parrish

After my original review (see below) Ann Dages did immediately refund my money and apologized for the poor experience I had. Because of this immediate action I have changed my star rating from 1 to 3. Although I am grateful for Ann and believe that she did the right thing I have a hard time leaving 4 stars because of the multiple bad interactions I have had with more than one staff member. I hope that whatever the staff may be experiencing right now ends soon so that future customers may be greeted with a warm smile instead of cold and patronizing attitudes.This store has absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. The first time I went to the store I waited over one hour before I was even acknowledged. After finding my own wallpaper I purchased over $1500 worth of paper. The woman working took my square footage and calculated that I would need 22 double rolls of paper and informed me that I had 30 days to return any extra paper. One week after purchasing the paper I went to the store to return two double rolls that the installer said would not be needed. Denise with the most flat affect and no hint of a smile or warmth informed me that I would lose 25% of the amount paid and be charged an additional $15 to return the paper. When I asked her why this very important detail would’ve been omitted at the time of purchase she stated that “we assume our customers know how much wallpaper they need” which I ironic considering the store employee calculated the amount of rolls for me! Denise offered me no apology, no solutions, no referral to management. I will never understand why a person like Denise would choose to work in a customer service industry. I will never be shopping here again and will make certain that all my family and friends stay clear as well!

For 5 years we have been working with Terry and Tony for all our paint needs. They have matched paint perfectly to kitchen cupboards, along with several other special requests. They are always friendly and willing to help with any problems we may have run into. We highly recommend Dages Hikes Point as your paint store!
