An employee at the shoe section named Anny helped me pick out new, comfortable shoes for my mother. Anny was very patient and kind with me which i really appreciated, and my mother loved the shoes alot. Will definitely come here again.

The salesman in the shoe department names James at the Dillards in St Matthews always gives Top Notch customer service. Like I will only buy my non sneaker shoes there from him unless Dillards just doesn’t have them. He’s kind, helpful, and attentive. And the store itself has good selections.
